I sought out a place where I could get my new Big Tex 14LP dump trailer rear left door fixed or replaced after I mistakenly left it open and hanging down while I raised the bed to dump some rock! It was really mangled and I figured I might half to replace the whole door! I called “Big Tex” and was connected to 99 West Trailer Sales in Sherwood. Rhonda answered the phone and got me in touch with Mike who completely understood what I was talking about, “we see one of these every week!” and said it was fairly easy to fix and gave me a quote! I said “great” and I drove 100 miles to 99 West Trailer Sales to get it done. I left it overnight and picked it up in the morning! The cost was a few bucks less than the quote which was pleasant surprise! Like I said the door had been really mangled with torn steel bracing and twisted hinges! I couldn’t believe it! It looked brand new! Very, very pleased with my service at 99 West Trailer Sales!

I started hauling my BRZ to Hooked on Driving events last year. Mike Rands at 99 West has been super helpful hooking me up with options for securing my car to my trailer, and had a custom "Towing Bridle" made to allow me to pull my car farther up my tilt trailer without re-hooking.

The team at 99W was incredibly easy to work with and very efficient. We consistently haul wet gear in the trailer and needed to find a solution that would last longer than just replacing the wood walls. They helped us problem solve, found a great solution, and even added diamond plating in the spots they noticed dents. They also honored the original quote even though the material cost for the non-wood solution was higher. Will absolutely continue to use them exclusively for our trailer needs. I can’t recommend them enough!

Purchased from these guys. Mike and everybody else there is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Whenever I have an issue they are quick to fix it and fix it professionally. I would highly recommend anybody in the search of a trailer to come check these guys out. Or come check them out if you’re looking for a hitch or accessory’s for your trailer. I would definitely buy from them again and will continue to use them for all our trailer needs

I damaged the doors of my big tex dump trailer. Called 99 West and spoke with Mike. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to get the trailer repaired quickly and for a reasonable cost, and the Tech did an excellent repair job. Highly recommend 99 West Trailers! (super cool little dog in the office too ?)

Got a utility trailer. Price was good, I had them put on some added parts. They did a good job of putting the parts on and helped me get the trailer hooked up.
