Triple charged me for a cell phone charger. Didn't realize it till 2 hours later. I called and phone rings forever without any one answering. Hung up and called again, then phone line sounds busy. No good.

Was past 6am and still not open but I could see 2 grown men in there walking around the store pretending to be busy.. I told the main guy it was put 6 am and he said the stores not opened yet...I told him I'm calling corporate and he told me to go ahead.. rude, unprofessional and lazy!! I've worked in stores and currently work in a country store. The customer is always right. I just needed a coffee before work! Why the delay in opening it? Cause he could..give some people responsibility and they act like a king of a castle!

Been here 3 times and nobody there to pump gas. Been flatly ignored every time . Previous reviewer was incorrect- there are multiple signs posted stating no self-service. Apparently no service at all!

The lady informed me there wasn't anyone to pump my gas and asked if I knew how to. I informed her it will illegal to pump our own gas and she said that it's not because she's the only one there. I am not familiar with that law exception. I couldn't even find it when I looked it up so. From my knowledge, this location can be fined up to $500 per person that violates this law. And when I left, there were 3 other cars looking for their gas to be pumped so I could only image they were directed to pump their own gas too.

This location should be closed. They never have appropriate staffing, so they never have anyone there to pump gas. This has to be one of the worst run gas stations I have ever seen. It is always worth your time and money to go to either the Sherwood Chevron, or really any other gas station.

Service was all right but needs some serious help in the bathroom cus it was very disappointing and didn't want to touch anything especially the toilet or the seat. It needs some serious cleaning and some major sanitation on EVERYTHING. The soap dispenser had no soap the sink was.... well in need of the same type of cleaning and the toilet paper holder needed to be replaced years ago. Case in point I straddled the toilet and dripped dried because the only toilet paper was on the floor and I wouldn't use it period and risk an infection of some kind. Even the isles where filled with what seemed to be an entire shipment just left cus maybe not enough employees or good help or both. Everything in that store was dirty. The clerk lady behind the counter is the only reason why I'm giving it 3 stars ?

Friendly guy working there 7/24 in the evening. Very helpful. Overall store is kind of small but it likely has what you're hoping to find

Horrible place! I used to come here all the time but the owner has changed and it has gone to hell! I have waited over 10 minutes to be acknowledged for fuel. and last time I was there I paid for a car wash when I got gas and only after I had gotten fuel I was told car wash was broken, but should be working in a couple of days, so I said I that would be ok and would come back on Monday for car wash. BUT I did not get my fuel receipt (with car wash coupon) and want back the next day and explains the situation to the owner and he said he could not verify my claim and I would not give me a voucher. I will never go back to this place!

Stopped by here last week before I started work again to get gas. I had less than 10 minutes and since it wasn't busy I thought it would be enough time to get a couple gallons.No one was outside or came outside. There was a line inside I did not have time to stand in. I only saw one employee and she was at the register inside. I waited a bit, but to no avail. There are signs everywhere not to pump your own gas, so I didn't want to test that.Ran out of time and had to get back to work with not much in the gas tank.I don't know what's going on at this gas station, but I will not be back. Talked with a lady at one of the local restaurants nearby about it after it happened, and apparently is a typical problem at this station.

This gas station is so unreliable! Today was the third day I, unsuccessfully, tried to get gas from this gas station. I don't know why I continue to go back after they burned me, maybe I'm a glutton for punishment. But today was the day the straw broke the camels back. Each time I've been to this gas station the attendants have either been missing, rude and unhelpful, or the gas station is closed altogether when it says it's supposed to be open. I also wish the attendants more clearly marked pumps that are closed. I will no longer be gracing this gas station with my presence, but if you choose to I hope you have better luck.
