They put my package into my PO Box completely shredded and damaged, what the actual hell?? I’m so frustrated. I wish I could put 0 stars! How did they accept and deliver this??? Unacceptable. Period.

Was a terrible experience for me, fat Karen with the dry peeling hands and arms flaking all over my car as she came up to my window after throwing away ONE water bottle in their RECYCLING, she asked me “can I help you, you need to pick that garbage out, we fill it up enough on our own” as she insisted I grabbed my ONE water bottle after I have been driving for 7 hours with my 3 kids who are special needs DISGUSTING!

Always friendly service. Package shipping prices are usually less than the commercial carriers.

They refuse to bring packages to my door due to being too lazy. Even told them they can drop them at my garage which keeps them from going up half the driveway. Today I get an oversized package in my mailbox. Busted my mailbox trying to get it in and now I have broken product. Have complained several times directly and yet nothing is ever done. This is the worst post office I have ever seen.

Placed a order for it to be delivered today and it was however the post office deemed it necessary to put it in back for the weekend and not in a box that I can get in. This order is not the first time they have done this with. I unfortunately was not able to get to the post office before noon today so my Christmas package sits until Monday when I can pick it up because it’s too hard to put in a box and leave the key.

Had to contact inspector general. These folks tell you one thing. Do another, nothing ever is there fault. You complain they start targeting you. Forced into Filing a fear complaint.I’ve got ptsd, recovering from a bout of chemo. All I wanted was my packages held there, since I could not count on you to get them to my home without losing them. 2 out of 6 packages were misdelivered. Since I’ve complained about it, they make sure my job harder. I’m done stressing out over it. Your turn.

I have ptsd. And am dyslexic. I count on these girls behind the counter to treat me right and the whole staff goes out of there way to help. Tanya has come in and given the place a much less daunting ambiance. The Staff behind the counter are 100% the best I’ve dealt with. I ship 50-100 packages a month. I feel awful that they have to deal with the non usps drivers. They have conflicting agendas.
