Usually the gas attendants here are super nice but this new lady was rude. Walked off fast not getting my phone number. Said it was too late. I said no it isnt you haven’t started pumping. She told me if I walked in I could have done it myself. Like isn’t her whole job about me not doing it myself?

Doing weird things with my ID. In a land dispute now. If I find out cashier is collecting information. I’m going back to ask for video. Why would someone need to WRITE something down of my Id? The manager there (short Indian woman) is up to something strange…. I do not like it all. Complaining to corporate as we speak.

The last 2 times I have been to Chevron, the whole experience was a 10 +. Saying that, a gentleman by the name of Darron was there both times and was extremely helpful. Now with the new app where you save $1.00 on every gallon Darron was the one who knew exactly what he was doing.. Saving one dollar per gallon on my last fill saved me over $10.00 plus I was able to use my peak rewards. So I saved $1.16 per gallon on a $40 dollar fill up. Should of filled my tank but this new promotion offers the $1.00 off on your next 3 fill upsides. I am hoping that Chevron has replaced the lazy attendants with some hungry employees that take there job seriously. If Darron is there you won't be disappointed. He should be the manager of that Chevron if he's not already. This was the Chevron in Shady Cove, OR

We just went to this service station and I utilized my app. I've found it to be so helpful in saving us money when filling up as well as the convenience of having an electronic receipt that I won't lose. Unfortunately, we stopped at the only station where I've encountered horrible customer service. The male has attendant at the pumps was so outrageously rude. (Alternatively the young lady at the counter was delightful). When we pulled up to the gas pump he came to the window,I advised we paid on the app and that we wanted $75 of regular & wanted to utilize the points if there were any. His demeanor was immediately noticably irritated, he proceeded to right away ask if we wanted regular- I told him yes(even though I already said it), then if we wanted to use our points I said again "yes" (also already told him). Then he asked a question that I didn't understand- "Do you want to use your peak points? I didnt know what that was so i asked. He held up his shirt and huffed (we arent from the area and wouldnt have known that the Chevron we were at was called "Peak chevron". I said no, we arent from here and dont subscribe. When we left- I checked my electronic receipt and he filled the vehicle up for 94.00- I asked for $75. Hope I'm not overdrawn.Rude! And inconsiderate.

Very friendly. Love that its open 24hrs! Only place in 15miles that is. Nice bright store. Lottery, food selection good. Nice indoor restrooms. Best store in town for locals and all.

Pulled in at 10:20 pm and it was awesome to have ur gas pumped by a nice gentleman attendant...Shout out to ur customer service...we don't get that service on East Coast..A++++++

Wow! Thanks for the help! Never three seen a gas attendant stand over by the building and all smoke while we tried to figure out how to get the pump to work which wasn’t working right. Worst customer service ever. Just goes to show where this world is going… everyone is so lazy!

Terry was super polite and friendly and he gave me a new gas cap free of charge because mine was broken. I don't know if they do that for everyone with a broken gas cap or if they just happened to have one lying around but that was really awesome and nice! Thank you so much Terry!
