Cliff’s customer service is top notch. I’m from Pennsylvania and shipped an item to Selma, Oregon. Along the way the package got lost, I filed a missing package report and throughout the process Cliff called and kept me updated the whole time. If I wasn’t able to take the call, he’d leave a very detailed message about the status. Eventually the package surfaced and is now on the way to it’s destination. It’s very hard these days finding customer service as caring and thorough as I received with Cliff. Thank you!!

I was literally sitting on my porch waiting for my package whenever the carrier came up. I was walking down my driveway and even though I shouted at the carrier they drove off and didn’t even leave a note for redelivery. This is the 3rd time this has happened at my residence and we’ve already filed a complaint to corporate.
