A winter storm came in, which added to the experience. Coastal marsh area added lots of flooded sites, but the feathered friends loved it.

This was a great camping experience. We just bought a new travel trailer and this was our maiden voyage. We tried to make use of all of the amenities. Bathrooms, pool and club house clean. Beautiful and quiet.

This is the only camp ground out of all camp grounds that have no sympathy for people with mental health issues that they can't control perfectly. I'm pregnant and my family and I were banned from being here for 3 months due to a false claim. Claimed that we were violent when we play video games during the day and I admit we could be loud with the games but it's during the damn day. And one night my partner was having a hard time with his father, so he spiraled. Even the police came and saw everything was fine. It was only an hour of his panic attack. We have now been on the street suffering for the past 8 days. Every other camp ground has never treated us this way. They understood our situation. They would at least come to speak to us if they had a concern but we were just given the notice so suddenly and didn't even grant us the time so we could figure out where to go. The neighbors at seaside also think they run the park so they also reported our dog being neglected when he's an outside dog and gets angry being inside all day. And the workers? They need to be replaced. They are selfish and cruel. And I'd never camp at their campground ever again. They have no sympathy for the low income. This was our home. We've been working so hard to keep up for the past 7 months and they have the audacity to still demand rent.

General Impression:Large campground spanning 2 sides of the roadway with scenic pond and trails for walking.Cost $ free to TT members, ~ $140 for non-membersCampsite: The campsites are first come, first serve. We were told to drive around and find one we liked. Try not to park on the grass. Text the ranger with our site number. We drove through the South park for a bit before realize we had to cross the road to get to the North park. The North park was definitelyCampsite Level: needed leveling blocks on one sideCampsite Type: gravel with some grass around the siteFull / Partial hookup: 50 & 30 in North side, 30 only on South side where the few pull through spots are locatedSewer: rules require a sidewinderPicnic table at our site: yesGrill: noFire ring: yesWifi: yes in the common areas. As a RV park, this is an excellent place to stay. The sites are all full hookup and are quite level with crushed gravel bases. The staff is courteous and helpful. Its location makes getting to a number of Oregon coast locations very easy. We will be staying there again.

Being a person that lives full time in the area in this campsite is nice until someone brings their dog that parks all day long. Nobody wants to hear a dog barking all day. I have dogs and mine only bark when they know someone is knocking at the door, or if they see someone near my yard to alert me to watch. The barking dogs need to stop. The owners need to pay better attention to to them.

The people that work here are very kind, accommodating, and uplifting. They're just the kind of people you want to run into when you're on vacation and camping. For many kind of vacation is a reset and a tender time. This is a very busy park.It is big and safe and has a gate code that changes every week. There were these neat little bees there that were interesting that lived in the sand. Seemed pretty harmless. This is one of my new favorite places.Mostly because you're so close to the boardwalk. But because you're surrounded by all the trees, it feels like you're nestled in the forest. You could walk to the boardwalk from here.It may be a fifteen to twenty five minute walk.Noteworthy details: Gorgeous bathroom

This is an amazing RV resort. Ranger Rob is the best. Indoor pool and jacuzzi. Super clean restrooms and showers if you need them. Hard to find a more Scenic Place and super close to Seaside downtown.

This site is actually 2 rv parks. It looks like 2 different rv.parks were combined to 1. The check in is on the south side of road. This is just a grass and gravel parking lot with 30 amp hookups. The north side of the road is completely different. It too is grass and gravel parking lot but it's wooded. Plus there are huge grass areas, a lake, basketball court, tennis slash pickle ball, playground, badminton, indoor pool and spa and a clubhouse with tv, kids activity room and free coffee. And north side is all 50 amp. The bathrooms look like they've been recently updated with nice tile and fixtures. But the laundry building looks like it may fall down and VCT flooring is peeling up. Were there in September which was supposed to be summer hours but they locked everything up at 6pm so nothing to do. Strangely they leave the TV's on even when building locked wasting electricity. There is also deferred maintenance, peeling paint, burned out lights, they don't seem to have a maintenance staff. Over priced at $83 for one night. Could have gotten a motel room for that with amenities that would have been open.Walkability: Not walkable to anything.

Clean park, all full hook ups. We felt safe here with our family. Bigger laundry room and updated showers. It is a busy park so you may need to drive around to find a site. We only used the playground / pool once but it was nice. I like that they used text to communicate events etc. And most of the rangers were friendly and happy. Enjoyed our stay here, thanks Seaside!

We were in space 85 and it had a horrible set of seats. 1000 Trails could do a little maintenance- 2 new 2x8 boards is all it would take to make it usable. There are other maintenance issues we saw as well.

I’m a Cabin member and tried to get a hold of the woman who was looking to book me into a cabin and experienced a rude ranger by the name of Brian who went by a pat line of “just call our 1-800 number” (not open weekends). He refused to tell me what cabins were available. Needless to say, customer service is not his forte. Based on his interaction, our family may skip this Thousand Trails altogether.
