Vanessa has outstanding customer service! I have seen her calm down a grouchy customer who was yelling at her about the rewards program, and then immediately help the next person in line with a beautiful attitude. The staff welcomed me with warm smiles and were incredibly helpful in my search for the perfect pair of boots. While some of the prices for various selections felt a bit steep, I was delighted to discover a fantastic pair that fit both my style and budget wonderfully.
