Beware the towels! We made an emergency run while at seaside for a swimsuit and towel after my daughter forgot hers. They did have them, but the towel is just bleeding dye all over the bathroom floor here. While I appreciate them having swimsuits out of season, it's definitely a buyer beware situation with the towels. All sales are final, so make sure you're comfortable with your purchases. Because it's a tourist town, everything is marked up, and the $3.50+ credit card fees are beyond abnormal. Seems like they need to find a new credit card processor and a new towel wholesaler at least. I hope things improve!

Spent over $100 and I had to greet the lady working behind the desk. Not friendly at all… but was friendly with a local I presume who it was.
Store had a lot to choose from.

Friendly staff and not bad prices. We bought a cool hoody . Yes there is a cc fee..it's the cost of business with all the rates we all face. We love this place . Great selection of stuff we like.

Owner is honest, kind, and has good products. I went several times on my last visit to seaside. The night before leaving I lost my wallet... long story short the owner found it and kept it safe for me. I had already left seaside so she immediately shipped it to me. All my cards, money, and a couple checks were all still in there. I cannot believe how lucky I am to have lost my wallet in the cotton club and not somewhere else. I am so thankful!!! Also, loved the selection and so did my kids. Will be back in the future! Thank you!

There was a fee (charge) if we were supposed to use our credit card, which people do use their credit cards anyways (safety and security etc.), and no one reminded us of that. You know, I have never paid any fee for using my credit card as far as I remember, why would I wanna ask about it? It's just sad to see the charge on your receipt and notice that charge, and then ask about it. And to me, it looked like the cashier was VERY unhappy to see us there. There were good stores, with very kind staff across and along the street in other stores, however.

Please be careful when you’re buying anything there, they charge you extra $2.70 if you pay with credit cards.

Do not go here, can't try on clothes, can't return or exchange after purchase, screen printing comes off after 1st wash. If you want quality & more selections, go to The Freedom Store down the street.

AWFUL. Avoid this place at all costs. Not only are the people are SO RUDE, they don't let you try on clothes. Which is fine I suppose. But the customers should be able to return items since that is the case. No returns or exchanges. No exceptions. Horrible customer relations and business practices. They charge you $5 for a bag to take your stuff with you (ridiculous). Don't even think about using your credit card, it's an additional $5 fee. So no dressing rooms, no returns or exchanges, $5 bags, $5 credit card fee and rude employees. What a way to run a business. If you want a good experience where the people are kind and accommodating and don't rip you off go to the Freedom store down towards the promenade. There you can spend your money at a real business not a trashy one.

Would not allow my service dog in the store. She needs to look at the law before she gets sued. NOT disabled friendly!
