I went in a Monday in October.
I had never been in the shop before.
I found what I had been looking for.
I absolutely the shop. I ended up buying something for myself as well. I was looking for a gift to send back to the Midwest.
I liked the prices and the selection of merchandise.

Was excited to go to the shop and saw on the website that they were open till 8 o’clock. We showed up at 6:18 only to find out that they close at six. If you’re gonna close early then you need to change your website to accommodate your new store hours. I drove over there looking to purchase items only to find out you were close. Very disappointing you lost a sale.

Make sure you get your debit card back. My daughter’s card was not given back and unnoticed until she tried to shop somewhere else. We went back to the store and they claimed they have no idea. We canceled the card and we just got hit a week later on that card for $108 Apple recurring charge that was denied because we cancelled the card. Be careful with your transaction at this place.

This is a disreputable shop trying to sell heat-treated amethyst as citrine. Real citrine does not form in geodes like this, it has a uniform translucent yellow color, and does not have white edges. Fake citrine like this can be created by exposing cheaper amethyst to high temperatures, creating a forgery with a burnt brown color. Either a gem wholesaler scammed the store owner, or the store owner is trying to scam their customers. Either way, stay away from this shop. Source: I have a degree in Geoscience.

Super nice folks. I broke one of my purchases when I bumped it on a chair outside their store. They replaced it for free even though it was mostly my fault.

My daughter was rudely followed by the owner of this shop through the mall and when confronted, for chasing around the only black child, she then threw a tantrum and banned her and her friends from coming back. Not to mention her bad mouthing 3 teenagers to other shop owners, completely inappropriate.

when me and my friends entered the store the owner was nice at first monica hubert but then she started following us around the store and my friends felt uncomfortable so one of them left the store and then the owner stood by the door waiting for her to fully leave so we all left to the store next over that she owns she follows us into there so we call her out on that and we call her racist for following our poc friend and watching her every move and when we said we feel uncomfortable then she said i dont care if you feel uncomfortable you can leave then she kicked out so we left and then started talking by the carousel and then we notice she’s talking to the owner of the hat store pointing at us which was extremely uncomfortable then i came back later to ask for her name to write a complaint she chased me out of the store saying get out your not allowed here i responded ok to everything but she woulndt stop until i left the hallway
