Former management was friendly and accommodating. Since they retired, even making a payment is a pain. They think they are doing you a favor by autodeducting - not everyone can do that if their checks don't come at the same time every month and flexibility is not in her vocabulary. I don't even think this business is registered with the state. But, the rates are ok for what you get. It would just be nice if the owner didn't act like it was an inconvenience to take payments.
