Bad experience. I was waiting in the parking lot for my girlfriend and the lady came and told me I was trespassing and to leave. Told me we didn't have a unit even though I've been there a dozen times. Horrible customer service.

Super friendly and very well kept. Their units are affordable and its location is really convenient.After my first day of using my storage unit. I left without locking it. (Wont make that mistake again?) the manager noticed it very quickly and called me right away. I really appreciated thatLauren is amazing, you'll love her if you get to meet her.

My wife has had a storage unit here for over 7yrs now, the on site manager is amazing!!! Lauren is friendly, customer oriented, and very professional!! When we were doing some cleaning of our unit recently, Lauren stopped by an my wife an I had the opportunity to get to know her, from a customer aspect I would like to say, now a days it is very rare to have a employee/business take time an get to know their tenats/customer on a deeper level an create a friendship ? the genuine, love an understanding we have recieved from u-store an lauren is beyond explanation an I will not hesitate to send my friends,family an others in the community to U-store!!! My daughter loves lauren an her pups!! Thank you for everything you do Lauren we all deeply respect you an the service you offer to your tenants!!! Much appreciated ???

This is one of the better storage units I've rented with. They are honest and willing to help you if you need it. Easy to talk to and a safe place for your belongings.

I was having difficulty getting my payment through money has been really tight, forgot about what day the late fees went through. Lauren was super patient and kind to me. I hope your days get better!

Met with Lauren to get a rental unit. She was very friendly, answered every question I had, showed me the unit, explained the paperwork, payments, hours, everything in detail.I am surprised reading other comments saying the place isn't climate controlled, selling items on site not allowed, what are the hours, etc. Lauren definitely told me all this, and showed where it is on the paperwork. Even if the employee doesn't explain it, it is customer responsibility to read papers before signing! Good Lord...Prices are better than most other places I checked. Easily accessible location, clean office and grounds.It isn't fancy, but it's a storage unit, and is exactly what I needed, and in the size and price range I'm looking for.5 stars for really good service from Lauren!

I was recommended to this place by friends who rent here. They said the new manager is very welcoming. Sadly, I was unable to rent a unit on a Sunday as the office is closed. Simply writing a review for the follow up made by Rhonda. Her customer service made me regret not waiting an extra day! Thank you for your kindness! Next time our family needs a spot it will be there!
