Shfcu was WAY better. Since the switch to inroads it has gone downhill. They even sell your information now. Doing so bad in Columbia county they are trying to get to hillsboro now. Would not recommend

I used their ATM in the St Helens branch drive through. The ATM gave me no choice in denomination, and I ended up getting 20's instead of 50's. I went into the branch to exchange the 20's for 50's, but they refused. I was told that they only do that for members??? So apparently, a non member cannot even exchange cash, for something their ATM did.

I love this bank!! Live tellers right at the ATM as well as easy access to inside. My favorite thing about In Roads is if you misplace your debit card, you can go in the branch and they will make another one for you right there. No waiting weeks for a replacement card!!!

I am in the process of purchasing a home and needed banking documents same-day. The representatives that I worked with today- Matthew & Kira- were so helpful and worked quickly to get me exactly what I needed. Just another reason why we love banking with InRoads. Their customer service is top notch.

Kenneth at the front desk was very pleasant in helping me with an additional transaction. Not everything can be done thru the "In-Roads live" and he was very nice and helpful.

I've had bank accounts since the 70', and never have I had a better overall experience than In Roads. Extremely personal service, and never a line like other banks. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!
