We moved out of storage unit on Sept 9 2023, after paying $418 on Sept 1. I've been trying to talk to someone about getting a pro-rated refund on the rent (since we only used the unit for 9 days this month). I've called multiple times only to he told I will most likely not get a refund, but they will talk to their supervisor and call me back. It's been over a week now and there is still no resolution. I feel completely ripped off by Northwest. It's ridiculous to pay $418 for 9 days of storage.

Northwest self storage , we looked at other storage places none were business friendly as They were.Allowing us to use our unit for materials staging and storage. There are days we do not visit our unit other days multiple times.They did not have an issue with that.Clean , modern, and secure also a bonus.Oh , and they wave Hello every time we come in. Just a nice neighborly way.Maybe its just to us.For you it might be different ! Lol

I have had great experience with n.w. storage in Scappoose Oregon.Its gated which is a plus.This place is kept clean.Chris is very knowledgeable to what you are needing .

Very clean and very secure facility just off Hwy. 30 in Scappoose. Chris McNelly, the Property Manager, was so helpful and easy to contact online. Took care of any issues immediately - very friendly and professional. A very pleasant experience - Recommend!

Chris at NW Self Storage was very helpful in helping me choose what size unit I should rent. He was very patient with me as I was trying to decide. He has great customer service values. He also keeps his property top notch clean and secure.I recommend renting a storage unit at NW Self Storage because he is fair and honest. Go see him today!!

I have to say this new lady is super rude I been using this storage for years and all the past people have been nice this new lady and her manager are never there I been trying to get the new code for weeks in person, but yes rude idk maybe they don't like me for what my ethnicity is , but hey that's just my opinion everyone else seems to get great customers service...

So far I have only checked in but i got a very prompt tour of the facility which was clean and secure with good lighting. All my questions were answered and my registration process went smoothly. There was a glitch about insurance which was promptly resolved. I'd recommend this facility so far.
