I've used the online app to file my own taxes so this was a first for me to have them filed by someone else but I feel I could have done them my self and the amount of communication between the tax pro and me was very minimal not at all engaged.

It seemed like my preparer was extremely new. The online document upload did not work. I didn't realize I didn't have an in person meeting so I wasn't happy about that when I showed up and was told they couldn't do an in person filing.
