A couple of weeks ago I took a bracelet into this store to have the safety chain reattached. Erica Czerniejewski fixed my bracelet quickly and efficiently. She was charming, warm, friendly and business-like all at the same time. I will not hesitate to go to her again and I suggest that others do as well.
