I was given such thoughtful and helpful service at this Napa. Stopped in for a wiper blade. They even installed it while I wondered when I got it home, could I do it? Even. though in my 80’s, there are some things I have learned to do in the last decade. Car “things” are not one of them. ThanksNapa for your caring service.

So my car overheated and Napa has my parts I called and said I was trying to hurry but I needed to get those parts.. showed up at 7:07, 7min late in my car overheating and they wouldn’t simply hand me my parts that are already paid for.. so here I am sitting in their parking lot, stuck.. and it’s going to be 29 degrees tonight.. THANKS GUYS! Never shopping here again✌️fuckin unreal.. enjoy your dinner assholese

We were on our way to Sunriver and our Sorento was getting slower to start. I figured it might needed a new battery. Nick checked our battery and it was only about half charged so with Nick's help I was able to buy a new one and install it with the tools Nick loaned us. Thanks to Nick we were soon on our way.
