Astound is the most unreliable Internet I have ever used. It is frequently down for hours and has currently been down for coming up on four solid days. They are the only provider out here in Brightwood and use that to take advantage of their customers.

Definitely the worst experience ever! The "tech support" is a nightmare! They have no trainning! Everyone has their own opinion about how their internet work! I wanted to change xfinity but I couldn't because I need the connection asap, I call xfinity and I got internet transfer in 5 minutes literally.

not sure why the ratings are so low! brittany and kyle were a pleasure to work with!! i’ll certainly be back instead of calling customer support anytime i have an issue
