Always a long line for meds at pharmacy and never anyone who can answer the phone. Literally a minimum 30min wait every time to talk to someone on the phone because the app never works either to refill meds. They never have my medications on hand even though I’ve been using them for three years so I am always having to call to pester them to find the medications after they should’ve been filled.

I'd do 0 stars if I could, meds are never ready when they say they are, even if you call hours ahead and remind them and say hey I saw the medicine was ready they say it is and you get there and it isn't. Even if they say a time it's still never ready

Review for pharmacy only. I called at 6:10pm to ensure Walgreens Sandy had received a new prescription order since I didn't see it on the Walgreens website. I sat on hold waiting for the pharmacy to pickup for 33 minutes. Then someone picked up and hung up the phone. I called back at 6:44pm, went through the same thing and after sitting on hold for about 14 minutes the pharmacist, I recognized the female Asian accent, picked up and nicely asked how she could help me. I told her I wanted to verify they had received an order and she said, "Okay, let me just put you on hold real quick." There I sat for another 4 minutes, just long enough for the pharmacy to close, then they picked up the phone and hung up. I tried calling back but of course they were closed.
Last year, I asked this same pharmacist about a drug interaction. She kindly suggested I read the pamphlet and Google it. Um, okay. With advice like that I wouldn't trust anything she said anyway.
I understand they're very busy, likely shorthanded and probably not adequately compensated, but people still deserve to be treated with respect.

Billing problems every visit. 20+ min or longer waiting for perscriptions that are "ready for pick up" constant billing errors with dual covered insurance. High costs for perscriptions and not able to fill 90 day supply orders even though the doctor perscribes them. Do not use this location.

The pharmacy is super slow and filling up prescription takes more than 24 hours to get a prescription filled out for 30 pills if they need help they can ask if I can count 30 pills

Thank you for being open some hours this Christmas. I hope employees were given split shifts so no one had to work all of Christmas! I unexpextedly needed medicine and diapers for my Niece, and was grateful I didn't need to drive to Portland!

I'm out of my meds and because I have a new insurance, I was told I'd have to transfer my script over. It's been 3 days now of being out of my meds and they still haven't transferred the script to the new pharmacy.

This pharmacy sucks. It's the only one in town who takes my insurance. They take a lifetime to refill presrcptions. Do not call when they don't have something in stock an wait for you to drive up. They never have the prescription ready by the time they have given. They're not friendly to people who are injured or having surgery an always expect them to wait 15 to 30 minutes in the parking lot to scurry around to find the meds, even when the app says your meds are ready.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I recently moved my RX from another pharmacy hoping it would be better, but I am moving everything right back to where it was. The staff has made careless mistakes, given false information, YELLED at me and other customers...and today the whole store is closed and my time sensitive RX is just sitting there unretreivable. Theresa is in need of an extreme attitude adjustment, and is 50% of the problem. I thought the first time she might be having a bad day, but this is a regular thing for her. The young, blonde guy that worked there until last month was my first red flag and I should have just nipped it in the bud. Do yourself a favor and go to a different pharmacy if you can.

The worst pharmacy ever. Not all the employees are rude and disrespectful but that lady who just stands in front of a computer and never makes eye contact is on a power trip. They are the only ones that have my meds in town but I'm thinking Gresham isn't that far away.

The male pharmacist is incompetent and incredibly rude. This pharmacy makes so many mistakes that effect patients getting their meds on time.
