“I do all of my own auto work including transmission rebuilds, which I hate, so I'm untrusting of any shop for the most part. This place is an exception of the rule. They actually know what they're doing. As much as I like Les Schwab for the service, they can't align anything most of the time, and these guys can. More than just tires, they'll do brakes, wheel bearings, ball joints, drive shafts, basically, as long as it's not an engine or transmission and it drives the tires they'll touch it. Labor prices are standard, but their tire prices have been exceptional. My family and I have purchased 11 sets of tires from them over the years and they have consistently beat out Les Schwab and Point S in pricing. You also get everything you would expect from a big shop like Les Schwab - free tire rotations and balancing, decent warranty on the tires and free replacement within a certain period, etc. These guys have never put forth anything less than 100%, and they have squeezed me into the schedule multiple times even though they were clearly busy. The typical wait for a balance and rotation is 15 to 20 minutes if you made an appointment. Free Wi-Fi and coffee in the waiting room, but the most important thing to me is their diagnostic skills. There's been a couple times where I can't pinpoint exactly what's wrong, and they have. In like 3 minutes. And then I feel like a complete idiot. They're very good at what they do.”
