Needed my tires changed day of. Which can be stressful and sometimes more expensive but luckily they were able to get me helped out. They were also super fast with the work that needed to be done. Definitely will go back next time around!

So far this shop has been excellent for:
Tire changes and rotations
Resetting TPMS during tire changes
Oil changes
Diagnosing an oil/engine leak and fixing
Coming soon: replacing a window switch.
They’re the first people I call and so far I haven’t needed to call anybody else. I have the flexibility to drop my car off for a whole day which seems to also allow them the flexibility to work me in on short notice.

Took from 9:30AM til about 2:30PM just to get a set of tires on. We were a little annoyed by 1:00PM but were okay making a date of it in town since our brakes were also supposed to be getting done at that same time. We go to check what’s going on after hours of not hearing back. The tires didn’t even show up until late afternoon, which was never communicated to us as we waited all day in Sandy for our car. On top of that, our breaks weren’t done. They acted like that was never part of the plan and just told us they needed replaced. One of the rims was a little scraped when we dropped it off, we were well aware. But when we picked up the car, that rim was now missing whole chunks of metal on its edges and now needs replaced. Half his valve caps are now missing, which is petty, but really annoying after everything else. As my husband said, “I’m confused because they were great before, but I didn’t recognize anyone this time, and after this, I will never be back.” They were nice and all, but I’d rather have good work that doesn’t take 5 hours for half of what was discussed when we scheduled.

The mechanic seemed nice but when I came in for my appt I asked how much it would cost to look at the brakes and he told me 120$ and over 100$ for an oil change, I took it to someone else and had them check the brakes for me for free and a much cheaper oil change. Thought the prices seemed pretty high.

Maxine, my car, threw up a low tire press light about 20 miles before this Sandy on the hood side of 26. I checked pressure with my tool, and all seemed well but light wouldn’t turn off. I called the nearest tire shop, they told me to come on in. It was 45 mins before they closed on a Saturday, but they all acted happy to help and jumped right into action. They checked for damage, foreign objects, and sensor failure but found nothing. They charged me nothing and had me back on the road shortly. The light turned off less than a mile down the road. Thanks for the reassurance guys!
