Took my car in to get fixed it had an fuel leak I got it back the same day and it still had the fuel leak took it back for a second time to tell them it was still leaking they said they would fix it the next day it shut down and was still leaking fuel they put me and my family in danger they are not honest at all I do not recommend taking anyone’s vehicles to them

I highly recommend Sanders Auto. Nick and Erin provide excellent customer service. I have had my car's needs diagnosed, prioritized, and repair prices are most reasonable. They get my car in and out of the shop on schedule and honor their quoted prices. Sanders Auto provides everything I look for when searching for a mechanic to keep my auto safe for travel within my budget.

Great small-town mechanic, honest and efficient. Have taken all of our vehicles there for service and larger DEQ issues on an older car. It's great I can drop off a vehicle and walk home, it's that close.

The last honest mechanic. My daughter took her car in here and they found an engine recall and were exceedingly helpful helping her get the recall done through the dealership.I had a check engine light that was repaired but a few days later it came back on, they replaced another sensor without any extra charge and the light never came back.

I took my diesel pickup in for an oil change and tire rotation. It was easy to schedule an appointment, the price was fair and the service was timely. I'll be going to Sanders again at my next maintenance milestone.

A/C was blowing hot all summer. Another garage quoted me over $800 and gave a list of repairs needed. Sanders took a look, found the minor issue, and fixed for a quarter of the cost. They determined the repairs were not necessary, and saved me a ton. The fast, honest, great work has turned me into a customer now! They also set me up so if the issue comes back, they can trace it. We brought our truck into Sanders because the truck had an oil leak. We said to fix the oil leak. They charged us $1600 and it’s still leaking. Brought the truck back in today and they said they would have to go back in and would charge us to fix it. Beyond upset about this. You pay to fix an oil leak, I expect it to be fixed. $1,600!!

I e never written a review before but keep thinking, now is the time. These guys have saved me twice. The first was a few months back and I called in a frantic because my car was having issues. I'm a single mom and at the time I was the only one financially and physically taking care of my two young children. I left a short massage at first at multiple auto places nearby and they were the only one to call back. I let them know that I was really in need of help because I had to be able to get to get my kids to school (they were missing that day due to the car) and I had to get to work later. They made sure to get me in that day and were so kind and reasonably priced. I didn't feel as though they took any advantage of my situation. Skip to the last couple days I called because my brakes were grinding. They got me in just a couple short days later. When they called for me to pick up my car I told them it may take me a few as myself and my kids would be taking the bus. Instantly they said not to worry about that and they would bring my car to me. Less than 10min later they dropped it off. Honestly, it warmed my heart and truly took the stress off my plate! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! You don't know how much your customer service meant to me. I'm a customer for life!

Professional and direct service as well as communication that calmed the nerves I had when I dropped my truck off.I was aware I neglected the warnings of low oil. I also had let my coolant system go unchecked for too long. The hose to the heater core had worn and finally broke.They got it replaced, changed the oil and filter, and topped off the coolant in a timely manner.The staff are skilled and knowledgeable with many situations. I am happy to have my truck back on the road once more.

I highly recommend Sanders. Erin helped me so much that a potentially disastrous day worked out well. I broke down on the side of the highway, got towed in. My battery kept dying and I was concerned about a major problem with my car. Took it to Sanders, they checked everything out and let me know that my problem was I wasn't driving my car enough. What a great surprise and they didn't charge me. If I have a problem again with my car I will definitely go back to Sanders!!
