Performance Auto Body has had my horse trailer since it was in an accident on September 1, 2022. The manager, Pepe, has mostly ignored me, always been "out of the shop," has given me excuses, or seemingly false information on acquiring the needed parts, and rarely calls me back. I've called repeatedly every month asking for either the owner or Pepe to call me to try to get updated information or the issue resolved. I don't understand why this business operates this way.

I took my car in for estimate of repair. The owner told me he would do the work and for how much, 5 week wait because they were busy. He told me to call back in a week in case there was a cancellation. At one week I left a phone message with reception, call never returned. Over the next two weeks I left a phone message again with reception and another email. No response. So now almost 5 weeks wasted to have my car repaired. Owner didn't have the courtesy to let me know anything. So now I must look for some one else.

Vehicle was towed on 7/6/20 after involved in a severe accident, rolled, landed in a ditch, and caught on fire. Taken to the hospital by ambulance with head trauma and multiple broken bones. Called the next day to find out about getting my father in laws stuff out including his phone, and they wanted to charge me $300 just to get his personal property out. Also was treated like a stupid woman and was talked to as if I didn't know the laws. It is ILLEGAL to charge to obtain your personal property at anytime and especially when insurance is still investigating. Towing companies need to be more regulated with their fees and obviously need some customer relations classes before dealing with the public. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Do not use their services, it will damage your car！ Unprofessional towing service, my GX460 was towed and broken, now it is being repaired. But no one took responsibility

We had a tire blow out on Highway 26 on our way back from skiing at Mt. Hood with our kids in tow. It was getting dark outside and although we managed to get the car off to the side if the road, we didn't want to venture into tire changing on our own. We called All-Ways Towing and they showed up when they said they would show up and charged what they said they would charge. Shout out to Taylor (sp?) for doing a great job jacking our car up on soft ground, changing that pesky tire and helping us get home safely!

I was stranded the other day with a work vehicle overheating in the Sandy area and called All-Ways Towing. They were able to come out within 30 minutes. That's pretty fast! I had them tow me into Portland and they gave me a ride as well. They were professional and competent. The bill was like $230. I have other things I'd rather spend the money on obviously, but they got me what I needed in a timely manner. Thanks!

It's a great place to take your cars. I take my cars there every time I need it fixed. The owner is very friendly and does a good job at fixing my cars. I would recommend it if you need your car repaired.

They saved us in a big way. We're stuck way out in sandy. Heading down a pitch black driveway with creeks on both ends. No ounce of light which is why we got stuck in the first place. Called and the lady was very helpful. Fair price especially considering for emergency service. Had a guy out there within 45 minutes. Thank you.

Can I give them 0 stars? Repair took 3 months! Paint was not done correctly, causing the clear coat to delaminate later. Had to get repainted at own cost.

My Toyota Tacoma had a leak I took it to the dealership and a body shop in sandy spent over $400 with no fix,brought it to Profomance Auto Body they fixed it!
