Great friendly staff. The selection is tuned to seasonal outdoor activity on Hood . Not the variety you’ll get @ downtown location but they don’t have the space for that. Great for picking up online orders too.

I love this place! The staff are so knowledgeable. Adam checked out my snowboard and trouble shot my issues and got me all hooked up! Also their wilderness technology jackets we can't get enough of. We now have almost every color. Strongly recommend!

As someone who loves camping but rarely gets the chance to, I was amazed by the professionalism and overall experience I had at Next Adventure. All of the staff is incredibly friendly and eager to guide you (especially Adam!!) to the right equipment tailored to your wants/needs. From the moment I walked in the door, I had a phenomenal experience and felt taken care of. If you’re looking for a place to buy/rent outdoor gear, THIS is your sign to go to Next Adventure. :)

This place is amazing!What wonderful customer service as well Me and my wife stopped in on our way through town and the lady at the front was helpful and courteous.My wife runs a small women in nature group and will be sending all of them there way!Thanks guys you will see us again!!

Kodi was fantastic for my rentals! This was a great stop to hit before the mountain. If you need to rent multiple days it’s significantly cheaper and better to rent here than on the mountain. Highly recommend for all your rental needs.

This weekend my boyfriend’s daughter was feeling like her ski boots were hurting her so we stopped in to NA Sandy to see if she needed to go up a size or if there was some other issue; James was extremely helpful and informative. He took the time to measure her feet and said she was actually in the right size boot, it was just too stiff for her. They didn’t have anything in stock that was right for her but he was able to adjust her current ski boots to work for her for now. Will definitely check the Portland store too but we were very pleased with James’ care and attention.

Less than ideal experience in the rental shop (causing problems on the mountain). Rented for two days, would end up making 3 trips to the shop. Boots were way too small, likely because they were incorrectly fitted. This ruined the first day on the mountain as we had to take more breaks than we hoped for because our feet hurt so bad. Went back and switched out the boots for a bigger size only for those boots to not stay tightly fastened. We had to retighten both pairs of boots every single run (some of the lowest quality gear ever). The bindings we were given broke on the second run of the day as well which led to me literally buying new bindings on the mountain. Not the best experience to say the least, but the employees were fairly nice and didn't add any other charges for the issues encountered. Going to be heading elsewhere for rentals in the future.

What a great day. In the past I spent $ at a ski store in Gresham. I called that store today to be greeted by folks that didn't seem too happy. I then called Next adventure up the road a ways. They were so kind and inviting. I spoke to Michael on the phone. Great guy! His optimism is what made me drive further. Within 20 minutes he nailed it. The ski boots I purchased were normally $700 on sale for $399. They fit like a glove. Their fitting process is the best I've ever seen. I was so happy I bought more gear like poles and a new helmet. Alex was very detailed in setting bindings correctly. They threw in a hot wax. Going back next week when the same boots come in for my wife. We'll be upgrading all of her gear too. Sometimes going that extra mile is all the difference. Great positive work crew at Sandy Next Adventure. I might just buy an extra set of mogul skis in the near future too. This is a business that just makes you want to go back. Michael and company, THANK YOU!!!! As Arnold would say " I'll be back "

Had an amazing experience at Next Adventure. Dan & Adam helped me find the right gear for some night skiing at Ski Bowl! They had a great selection of snowboards and even got me set up with some WT clear goggles! Highly recommend!
