I went to this place #1 because I needed warranty service and only had 3 shops as options within driving distance. #2 because the Fife Johnson's was unfriendly nor helpful. #3 had the shortest wait times still over 6 weeks though!! Let me tell you it was by for the perfect experience. We had several issues and a lack of communication in the beginning. However Nicole was so sweet the whole time and I truly felt she did her best. These shops are all under staffed on techs especially with the rapid growth of the RV industry during the peak of Covid. That being said the things that went wrong mostly are understandable given our first tech was no longer there and the second was starting with little knowledge of the issue. Therefore I try to be understanding. Ultimately Nicole made it right the work was done well and things ended well.Now that being said this place is 2-4 times more expensive than any other shop I priced for after market work. I would absolutely not go there if it wasn't warranty and I was having to pay for it.

Had a body repair done on my van here. Everyone here went above and beyond to treat me like a valued customer. Paula and Frank were awesome.Great folks, super competent. Excellent body work. Dont hesitate to use Johnson RV for bodywork.

Paula and Frank were a real pleasure to work with. I’m certain that the support team behind them are excellent as well to enable them keep them keep the service bar as high as it is.Specifically, the communication from beginning to end was 100%. I never wondered where we were in the process. And with supply chain issues and rises prices, this was even more comforting. I was met by Frank who went over the process and assured me my rig would be back in service at the promised time. When I picked up my View, it was bathed sparkling clean. Frank Borges coordinated the body work repair and painting of our coach. They were able to repair the coach and have it back on the road in 3-days. Entire process went very smoothly, without a hitch.Everyone we met at Johnson's RV was courteous and professional. Should we need work done to our coach in the future we will certainly bring it into Johnson's RV Service Department and see Frank Borges and his associates.I would add that Master Painter Mike Curtis and his crew did a fabulous job of matching and blending the custom paint and design on our coach. We would like to thank the Customer Service at Johnson RV for their help with our Mercedes Sprinter. They worked hard to get the information necessary to repair our vehicle to its former state. They answered all of our questions, and were usually the first to make contact to keep us up to date with the process. We had a ‘run-in’ with an errant E-bike that T-boned our Class-B RV van and caused some body damage. Having no personal experience with any repair shops in the area, we resorted on Google reviews and we chose Johnson’s RV collision center to do our body repair work, even though their shop is quite a distance away from us. We were super pleased from start to finish! The service manager, Frank Borges, provided stellar customer support by always returning our calls, addressing our concerns, keeping us informed, sticking to his promises for schedules, and ensuring a high-quality repair. We definitely recommend using Johnson’s Collision Center if you have the need.Services: Painting

Had damage to the side and roof of our trailer after striking a building. Frank Borges was assigned to the repairs and handled the coordination with our insurance carrier. He did an outstanding job and made us feel confident that the repairs would be done professionally and in a timely manner. It all happened as promised. After being parked for 15 months due to corvid, I found a water stain on the ceiling due to an apparent leak on the roof. I called Johnson RV and was connected to Frank Borges. He went out of his way to help me and cut thru the red tape to get me an appointment the next work day. Other shops would not see me for at least 5 weeks. Within a week the problem was solved. Frank did an outstanding job for me. He was friendly, courteous and efficient. Tis was my first contact with Johnson RV. Wow, if they take that good of care to a stranger, what do they do for repeat customers? Needless to say I whole heartedly recommend Frank Borges and Johnson RV.Service: Body & Trim

I would like to take the opportunity to thank Johnson RV but especially Frank Borges. We have always taken our trailer for repairs to another large local dealership. We were looking for a more personal touch with confidence in the repairs that needed to be done. Frank was everything we wanted. He was so nice, explained everything very carefully and was honest. Our repairs were completed ahead of schedule and for less than the original quote. I recommend Johnson RV but especially Frank. Thank you so much.
