-3 stars. I bought 2 phone chargers from there then my wife told me to return them 2 minutes later so I walked back over there to return them and they told me I can’t return them all sales are final. Not marked anywhere.it would be nice to know that before I spend 71 dollars for a couple of phone chargers. And the people behind the counter were very rude

Lovely customer service here at the ampm. We were the ONLY customer pulling in for gas. The pump attendant came over and, no hello...no niceties, just an immediate " you do know you can pump your own diesel in Oregon". To be fair, he was pretty busy reading the tag on the fire extinguisher when we pulled up. (For the record, we do know we can pump our own diesel here in Oregon, so don't head over if you don't wish to pump.) We also asked him if he could fill our propane, and again, although we were still the only car, he stated "only if I'm not busy". Needless to say we pulled away and decided against the propane. You may return to your fire extinguisher education instead.

Rude,lazy and the lack of customer service is disgusting. Whoever the manager is at the sandy oregon am pm gas station is should be embarrassed.

The first pump I pulled up to did not work, sand I had to move my car to another. The attendant was courteous and friendly. I spent over $100 on had and they let me have half a 64 oz slurpee refill for free. Bathrooms are always clean. My favorite had station on Sandy.

If I could give less stars I would. Horrible customer service. The woman working inside late tonight seemed bothered and annoyed that I wanted to buy my items and was very rude when her card machine messed up, and she refused to fix it. Staff seems preoccupied with smoking outside rather than helping customers. Staff also seemed a bit sketchy. Will never return.

Cindy is awesome! She had the coffee bar looking great and so fresh! She was super attentive and helpful and very nice! Great customer service! Clean store with great employees every time I go in there! The guy pumping the gas was super attentive and great customer service as well!

Signs on the doors says this place complies with the mandated mask policies in place for the county. They do not comply. 1 of the 4 employees working was wearing a mask and was not even wearing over thier nose. 4 of the 6 customers in the store did NOT have masks on at all. Take your signs down if you are not going to follow the mandates or enforce the policy.

Generally I never think to write a review on a business or its business practices, but for the arco station on champion im gonna make an attempt. Two things, I now try to find excuses to come too this location when Justin is working, who ever is made responsible for hiring this dreamy individual, kudos to you.. goes out of the way to make your visit comfortable and enjoyable, I could say more about him but let's leave it there.. my biggest concern about this location is, and hopefully it gets addressed but 90% of the time I come to get gas the pumpers are either know where to be found or if they are outside they are found to be posted up on garbage cans and cellphones... this too me looks so unprofessional... ill still continue to drop in for my pre workout fluids, and gas when absolutely needed..

Friendly, but slow service. I often wait several minutes at the pump before seeing an attendant. Pumps are slow and often reject cards. Good prices, but probably not worth the hassle.Update: I tried stopping again today and couldn't get to a pump because their coffee cart line was blocking the way. Never again

I've been to this location a few times but normally its to swing through for my country coffee, get gas, and use there restrooms... this morning I was encountered by both Katy, savanna, and Justin.. normally on certain mornings its been just Katy and Justin these two are enough to brighten up your morning but all three of them today were just great... keep up the good work

One of the employees was cussing at a customer and threatening to call the cops. Not sure what transpired before this but he was escalating the situation regardless.
