I have gone here for urgent care for years and always been satisfied but my last appointment was so disappointing. The dr rushed through my appt., barely gave me a chance to speak and prescribed me a medication I was pretty sure I didn't need (and I was right). She diagnosed me and sent meds to my pharmacy so quickly (before asking if I even wanted them) and before I had a chance to voice all of my concerns. I asked for a test to ensure the diagnosis was correct which she seemed annoyed by. Then she decided my appt was over and rushed me to the front desk not offering me a single chance to ask any other questions. Test results in, diagnosis was incorrect, have meds I don't need, wasted time and money.Front desk staff is great though

Awesome experience at ZoomCare in Salem Commercial street location, Highly recommend!Super fast to get in and out. Very professional, courteous staff. The PA who saw me was super informative, great listener, empathetic. They had prescriptions available right there as an option.You can pay your bill right then or online at your convenience.

This was my first visit to Zoom. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I had an ear infection and needed to find a doctor to confirm and provide me with a prescription, as my pcp wasn’t taking apts and the normal urgent care was also not taking apts. They confirmed the ear infection and charged me $407 for the visit and $18 for ear drops. It was a very fast visit and convenient but the most expensive doctor visit I have ever had. I have full medical insurance by Moda and they gave me a $45 discount but that was it. They don’t go over pricing until you are finished with your apt and it’s too late. Don’t go and think your insurance will cover your visit.

I cannot tell you how much I love this place! They are clean and the best staff! I have never been more happier unit today. The service is absolutely amazing! And Dr. Elizabeth is the best!!! Words can’t even describe how amazing she is!!! All around 5 stars!

My experience was better than I thought it would be. My provider Joseph Wills was very professional, he listened to me and didn't make me feel rushed. He answered all my questions and I was able to get my prescription before I left, that was a big help! The building and exam room was very clean. The lady at the front desk was very polite and explained everything very well. I would highly recommend ZoomCare to anyone needing urgent care! I would go back again if needed!Terry Large.

I hurt my back pretty good and usually don’t go to the doctor for anything short of something life threatening. I decided I would try getting care as I can’t sleep or go through the day without pain and it was such a quick and pleasant experience. I was able to get a Same-Day Appointment for urgent care with a very compassionate, competent and professional PA. I was able to be seen, get a history written, Physical Therapy referral and a prescription to help me until I can start physical therapy. In short, as someone who hasn’t really trusted or used the healthcare system very much, this was such a great and relieving experience that I will not hesitate to seek help in the future from ZoomCare. I will be establishing Primary Care at this clinic as well!

I have been here numerous times and it is my dr office of choice. They are quick, but compassionate and thorough. It’s super easy to get an appointment and I love that I can do it online! The office is super clean and staff is so friendly. Thank you for making the process so easy and comfortable.

Refused to see me at the time of my appointment after I made an appointment with its online system where I provided my insurance info for urgent care the night prior because my insurance was out of network. Of course it’s out of network, I am traveling and that’s why I need urgent care. They should be forced to take urgent care off of their google listing. Why would the online system allow you to make an appointment if they are going to refuse you after you drive all the way there? I offered to pay cash for the visit as well, but they won’t take that either, what a joke.

I had seen another urgent care 2x in a week due to a severe cough and trouble breathing. I assumed I maybe had pneumonia but they rushed me through and said it was allergies. I came here as a last ditch effort before sitting hours in an emergency room. I was surprised at the stark difference in care I received here. The provider was kind, took a very thorough history and spent time trying to determine what was potentially going on. He was worried about a potentially life threatening diagnosis and recommended I go to the emergency room or see their emergency team up north where they could triage me further. They got me an appointment for a few hours later. Turns out I did in fact have a serious condition that could have been life threatening. The care and thorough evaluation by both this team and the emergency team up north was superior and I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for taking the time to care for and listen to your patients and provide exemplary Healthcare rather than rushing through an appointment to get as many patients through the door as possible. You potentially saved my life and I'm grateful for the compassion and empathy I experienced from each and every team member.

Shoutout to ZA Luke! I meant to schedule an evening video appointment but I definitely clicked the wrong thing on the app so I was actually scheduled for in-person. While preparing for my appointment he noticed that my address and past visits were all in Portland - so they called and asked if I intended to schedule an in-person visit in Salem and then he helped fix my mistake. Thanks Luke!

I tried out the ZoomCare here in Salem yesterday morning. I couldn't sleep the night before due to coughing and wheezing from what I suspected was Bronchitis. I got up at 2:00 am and went to their website and was able to schedule an appointment for 7:00 am. Once I arrived, I was seen right away. I was very pleased by the nurse practitioner that saw me. She took the time to ask plenty of questions and do the exam. When I went to check out, two prescriptions were already waiting for me at the counter! I highly recommend this place!

I looked at urgent cares all around salem and most of them had 3 start reviews and some wacky interactions, who knows if they’re real or drama but zoomcare was the only one with 5 stars and I say it’s completely true. Scheduled a walk in appointment in the morning and was in a few hours later. About a 15 minute appointment check on my infected foot and came out with antibiotics and feeling relieved. Recommend highly.
