Our experience purchasing a Mazda 3 involved a wait of 9 hours to complete the paperwork. We felt pressured to sign documents without adequate time to review the terms thoroughly. Additionally, the interest rate offered on the home financing option deviated significantly from the originally quoted rate of 13%, reaching 30% despite our lack of consent. I urge potential customers to be cautious.

They sold me a Lemon and lied about what was wrong with the car. Then they told me to bring it back and would give me the down payment back and then in person they claimed they never said that. The car manifold and catalytic converter is bad. Had to give the car up 45 days after purchase to the finance company cause it's not drivable. Worse place to go to.

Great service, did not feel rushed to buy. Very fair patient and upfront reasonable company. Felt really relaxed from Start to finish, Jorge had great customer service. Highly recommend to call or visit there lot.
