Had him do an appraisal on my wife's wedding ring. Got us in quick and great turn around. The problem is he calculated the main diamond smaller than it actually is. Missed 6 side diamonds on the ring. When questioned about the extremely low appraisal that is suppose to be "Retail replacement cost" he told us that oh don't worry about it, it's only for premium. He informed us that insurance would just replace the ring and not write us a check, also informed us Jewelry stores always inflate their prices. Talked with our insurance company, we are taking out a policy just for the ring and insurance informed us that all they would do is cut a check and not replace the ring. We were informed to get another appraisal by someone different by insurance. Do not waste your money with this company.
