I love this place. The 2 main guys that help at the front are super nice and very helpful. They genuinely care and want to help you with your projects. Highly knowledgeable. I make scroll saw stuff so the bins full of exotic wood end pieces is a dream come true. No more warping home depot wood! Finally an epic selection of things I never knew existed!Thanks for you help and things you provide gents!

Sadly Zero stars is not an option. Sadly the contractor I used chose this supplier. Unfortunately everything that came from this manufacturer was subpar, inadequate and actually inaccurate per the job. Then talk customer service? HA jokes on you the actual customer. We’re No help. Back to Sadly, they won’t stand and assist the customer, they hide behind the contractor. Truly unfortunate. Beyond frustrating, maddening, unprofessional. Do not waste your time and patience supporting this small business in Salem.

Super nice staff! Got some good advice for free and some sapele mahogany for a good price. They have an excellent selection of exotic hardwoods in a variety of sizes, from small to huge. They also have a wall of really cool woodworking tools that I've only seen in Youtube videos. I recommend Woodcrafters very highly.

This place is my candy store. They have an amazing supply of exotic wood. You can buy a small piece for a set of knife scales, or enough to build a piece of furniture.They also cary Shop Fox woodworking equipment. I bought a rotating head drill press from them last year. I got a great deal on it.If you are a woodworker or a crafter, you need to check them out.Take the Keizer exit off of the Center Street Bridge and it will take you to their door.

HORRIBLE! Go anywhere else but here. Brandon Beckle needs to be fired for the way he talked to me and handled my order. As I was pulling around back all the other employees were on break smoking out of a crack pipe. Don't know what that was about

I ordered a custom made door May 2023. Mind you this door can be made in a couple hours I’ve been told by a few people that work at this company. It’s now July 10 2023 and they were supposed to be delivering the door today @830 am. I had my client’s assistant at her house waiting for the delivery as well as my company waiting for a no show delivery, I had to call after waiting for 40 minutes. After three phone calls that this door would be delivered July 10 @ 830 am I was told the door isn’t ready yet. We are talking about an order that is over 2,000 dollars. I don’t know why this is happening but it’s not professional in any way. I am a licensed contractor who has a professional business to uphold, I do not recommend this company if you have professional work to conduct with your clients.

I purchased wood baseboards for my daughters bedroom. The staff was very nice. We were having a hard time with my car rack and they offered to delivery it to my house, as they had another delivery out in south Salem. They went above and beyond and it was much appreciated.

Drove to Woodcrafters trying to match a piece of door trim and found a semi blocking the entrance so I had to park around the block. Frustrating on this road to say the least. I walked around the shop for about 5 minutes trying to find a trim piece to match with no luck. No inventory at all. No sure if anyone was even working there because nobody said a word to me while I was in there. Total waste of time. Never going back…
