Great place to charge your electric vehicles. Do not go to the Mercedes Dealership in Salem as they Park there own vehicles and block chargers constantly at that dealership.!! I give this dealership five stars for actually taking care of the customers in Salem Oregon. I wish we had laws stopping dealers like the Salem Oregon Mercedes dealership on commercial from blocking the charging stations. Have pictures to show this practice at The Mercedes Acura dealership.!!! Just sick

Bought a new Hyundai from Brian this year and he made the buying experience as painless as possible, which I appreciated. But the car made a loud, disruptive rattling noise from the get go and I had to take it into the Service department three separate times for the same issue because they would claim they’d fixed it, but each time the noise would be louder upon getting the car back. Noah in the Service department was also incredibly rude and hostile in each interaction and it’s stunning to me that he’s permitted to interact with customers. The car is finally fixed after the third visit, but I can’t imagine ever going back.

A really great experience!I sold them a car (cash) before retiring overseas and they gave me a new 2023 Sonata "loaner" for 5 days. Salesman Ammon even gave me a ride to my hotel after returning the car. Excellent customer service!Tim

Freddie Cruz made the buying experience for me and my sister amazing. He was patient with us and wasn’t fazed by the small children we had in the office. We had many questions and insisted on going over every single detail and he was helpful and understanding. We had a limited budget and very specific vehicle needs and he guided us to what turned out to be the best car for us. The car came with an extended warranty (no other dealership we visited offered that) and it was included in the purchase price. I highly recommend Withnell Hyundai and suggest strongly that you ask for Freddie Cruz. When I need to buy another car I will do exactly that.

I'm supposed to get my comp oil changed on my car but I'm never able to book accordingly due to work. Every time I get my new schedule I can't get my car in because the entire week in booked. How am I supposed to get my comp oil changed and work done on my car when you're always booked so far in advanced?It's not really good service when you can't even get your car worked on by a company that should put its main customers first.Kind of screwed up. Especially when I live over an hour away.

I tried to get my service done locally, but they for some reason did not do a draw test on my battery which kept dying on me, (brand new battery) said to bring it back when it happens again. So, bring in my dead car, somehow and how will you test it? With a dead battery? Albany Hyundai fixed it, it took awhile but I got a new Sonata for a loaner and they treated me like they appreciated my business. It's worth the extra 10 minutes to drive there. Really good service department.

We ended up with a great newer minivan and I have mostly good things to say about Withnell Hyundai. First off, Tommy graciously came in on his day off to help us our second time in and to sell us this van. He was easy to contact and didn't complain a single time about coming in - class act. Thanks, Tommy!The process of negotiating and filling out paperwork took a lot longer than it really should have taken, especially since we weren't dealing with any financing. Maybe my expectations were unrealistic. And we also couldn't get the price down as much as I'd hoped, but I knew it was a fair price from Kelley Blue Book. They met us halfway with the price of the extended warranty though, so overall, I was happy with the outcome.I am now a legitimate middle-aged dad with a swagger wagon, so 5 stars for Withnell!

We purchased a 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz January of 2022. this year alone, we have had to have the gas tank door pried open 4x in 3 mos due to the actuator not working properly. We brought it to Withnell's attention, they said that someone at the gas station had to have pried it open. No gas station is going to take that liability, I would go immediately from the gas station to Withnell to have them open the gas tank door so I could go get gas. Withnell tried to tell us their staff would put rags under their tools when it comes to prying things open. Apparently, they didn't because the paint all the way around the door was chipped and all the way into the metal. I also needed a door seal replaced, was told it was under warranty, and then when I went to pick up my Santa Cruz today I was told it was not under warranty, yet I have it in writing. The service manager told me today that if he cant get the work covered, that he personally would pay for it himself. The loaner car was dirty inside, had dog hair, sticky stuff and paperwork inside the console, as well as leaf debris in the trunk. I told them about it and that i didnt want to be charged and that I have pictures of the cars condition and the manager said "don't worry we won't charge you." Initially, when I went to get my vehicle today, the service manager was a bit rude and short with speaking to me. Wouldnt listen to anything I was saying.We, personally, will not ever purchase another vehicle from this car lot. Never have I been treated so bad by any dealership before.

I took my car in for a check engine light, they diagnosed it. The part needed would be 2 weeks out, no problem. Had the car the whole 2 weeks, they get the parts and then go to fix it. Except they don't do anything with it the whole time it's there ?. So they run into an issue they would have spotted earlier had they actually looked. Which means it had to stay in a whole week longer waiting for another part. They didn't charge me for the second part but still a little unprofessional for a tech to not know they could run into issues, and would not plan for that. Other than waiting a month to get it into service and another month to get it out, the service desk were all extremely nice and kept me up to date. The issues were fixed and it's seems to be operating as it should. But I wouldn't recommend taking a vehicle here unless you have some sort of warranty or don't need your vehicle back anytime soon.

Mariah was wonderful and very helpful! She communicated well and seemed to understand my frustrations. I would have given 5 stars but the time it took to fix the car was over 2 months. Too long, some in part to delay in receiving parts. Asked to have belongings secured as was going to be flat towed to my state from Or to Az. They did secure the items and arrived in good condition.

Mariah with Withnell Hyundai took extra time to explain all possible scenarios and solutions for why my air conditioning may not be functioning. She consistently goes above and beyond. I appreciate her approach and willingness to go the distance for customer satisfaction.

The passenger -side headlight went out in my Elantra so I stopped by to make an appointment. To my surprise the folks in the parts department changed it immediately.I asked about changing my other lamp and the most excellent Customer Service guy told me when to return.They are the simply best.
