Wondering why WinCo never answers their phones..call everyday and no matter what time of day they don't answer. Trying to place order for chicken and unless you go there, apparently you can't get through to them.

Something was wrong with their freezer. We got our pizza home & it was soft & doughey. Package said to "keep frozen." We had to throw the whole thing out. I tried to call & tell them but no one bothered to answer the phone. I hope no one gets sick.

Most all of my grocery shopping is done here. The prices are very reasonable. The store is always well stocked and clean. Employees are friendly. Very busy during the day. Especially near the 1st of the month. Shop early in the morning or late evening to avoid the lines at the checkout.
