This Winco is disappointing to say the least. Nothing seems to be in stock. Went to get chicken from the deli and the chicken was dry and disgusting. Like it had been sitting all day. Also, a lot of items out of stock and not replenished. Baked goods from bakery stale and disgusting. Also, rude and unfriendly workers. If you want good customer service, you won't find it here. They are rude and have bad attitudes.

WinCo is so great they always have what I want at the best price from anywhere you can save so much money just by buying the WinCo brand which is the same thing as all the other top name brands wow that is kind of ironic how much does the other name brands charge just for their name

My son and I went early in the morning for a quick grocery trip, and we were able to find everything we needed readily available for purchase. I think it would be great if they would have a discounted price for buying only half-a-dozen doughnuts ? instead of only a dozen, otherwise it was a great visit!

Always quiet at 3an,,,I shop for food,so it easy to get things done,and no line.no people,no screaming kids/loud parents.. just make sure ya car is locked tight. BUT u have to deal with the stockers and they can be in your way sometimes..but it still great at night,!!

Very frustrated with Winco Deli on Lancaster right now!! I don’t normally complain but when I wait for almost 20 minutes for fried chicken I expect to get what I ordered!! I went there tonight and I could tell they were short staffed and I order the 12 pc. Dark and then 2 breast pieces which when I got home I had only a 6 piece then on top of it the breast weren’t even breasts they were thighs and I was charged almost $30 for it all so I’m very upset and I hope Winco makes it right considering I live way up past Detroit lake and didn’t notice till I got home and I called twice with no answer and couldn’t leave a voice mail.

Overweight manager shows his butt crack as he squats to restock products-- really off-putting. He tugs at his pants but it doesn't help! He needs to convert to overalls. Bagels on the shelf are not rotated. The newest ones are in the front so the oldest ones are getting moldy in the back-- no one is checking that the stock workers are properly trained. I asked the check out cashier to not touch the fresh vegies, that I would help her avoid touching, and she took hostile offense. (She had wiped her runny nose. with her hand). I like shopping here despite these issues as the prices are good and the company does profit-sharing for employees-- an excellent company structure.
