Was broken down on the side of I-5 on Labor Day, They came and helped with a tow quickly to get me back home to Eugene!! James was an awesome and friendly driver who is extremely knowledgeable about the industry in general! 10/10 would recommend!

They were awesome and towing my jeep. I was stranded on the freeway. They responded within minutes, and upon calling them they’re only goal was to get me a tow immediately, they dispense the towing truck before they even took my information other than where I was at. Once they were on the road then they took all my other information. The tow company before I called them , they left me on hold , and for 15 minutes trying to figure out Multiple questions before they would even dispatch after 15 minutes I hung up on them and I called Wilkie’s Towing , And they dispatched a tow truck within 30 seconds!!!!

I needed to make arrangements to have my ram truck towed ahead of time. The company I had used previously could not schedule a date ahead of time. The office staff person here was so kind and helpful. They were on time and the driver was awesome. I'll use this company again and will recommend them to anyone. Very pleased with the service. Great job John!

When I got into a accident with my car they came and towed it to my house no problem, then this passed Wednesday we called them again to tow it to a mechanic and the guy that came to tow it refused to hook it up and was very rude and said that he was not going to tow it and that no other tow company would tow it and I was out of luck well today Friday 2-23-2024 I called P and M towing and the guy had my car loaded up on his truck in 20 mins and took it to the mechanic....wiltse towing is not good at all I will not be calling them anymore they need to have a talk with their drivers on common courtesy and respect to customers

Had to get my motorcycle towed to a friends house for some work, always a little worried when someone else is handling my bike. Elijah couldn’t have been more cautious and caring for my property. He really treated my bike like it was his own. 10/10 will be using again and would recommend to all friends and family needing tow services.

Got my car stuck on the backroads and had to get it towed back home a few miles. A super chill outgoing guy named James helped me out and even helped me push it back into the spot. Great experience and God bless you james??
