I have had an annual membership at Willamette Mist car wash for over two years. The equipment works poorly. I always have lots of soap left on my mirrors and wheels. They claim to dry your car, but the rags they use have been used over and over again and are wet and just smear my windshield. Most times the soap isn’t taken off my mirrors. I have to go home and redo the windshield and the mirrors. Yesterday was the final straw. There was only one person working on several cars that were lined up. This young man had to pre-wash and then run through the car wash to dry another car off. Back-and-forth he had to go. It was ridiculous. Obviously the owners have trouble keeping workers. I’m going to stop my monthly plan because it seems that the owners aren’t interested in keeping the machinery working well or paying employees enough to stay. I always try to support small businesses, but too many negatives to continue.
Look at their yelp reviews! 2.4 stars

This car wash used to be amazing. It's now horrible!!! A group of sloths would do a better job on the prewash with the brushes. I must have been there during a shift change today. At least six employees stood by the side of my car and did NOTHING! before hitting the button to send my car through. I believe the lack of effort is due to the fact that the owners don't care. There is no way of reaching the owners. No one answer the phone and I haven't seen an email on the website. The wash quality has been steadily going downhill. Looking through my windshield right now, you'd never guess I just left the car wash. The rinse process is almost non-existent. NEVER again!!!

If I could give no stars it would be no stars ZERO. I went to Willamette Mist today at 4:30pm - no one else was there waiting so they weren't crowded and 4 people I could see that were supposed to be working. I told the attendant that the back of my car had a lot of dust and dirt on it, thinking they would at least use the sprayer on it!. So I paid $12 went through the car wash only to find when I got home that the back of my car was MUD! They didn't even try to spray it off! Also the filthy rags they use to "dry" your car and windows with left my windshield full of streaks as well as my side windows. Didn't remove one bug from the windshield or the car - WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS CAR WAS????? I called and the attendant answered "hullo". I had to ask 3 times if this was Willamette Mist Car Wash. Finally I got UH HUH. Told him my complaint and all he could say was "sorry". I should be at least offered a free car wash or my money back. I had to come home and clean the car myself because of these people. I will not be back and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from WILLAMETTE MIST CAR WASH. Maybe you guys need to shut it down and file bankruptcy.

I did the gold car wash today, which advertises special bug removal stuff, but there are still dead bugs all over the front of my car. Pretty disappointed, as that was the reason I went with the gold wash over the silver. My windows are still quite filthy as well.

Friendly service - quick - car was still dirty after....
There were lots of dried on bug guts and kinda expected. I should have asked to go through it again but didn't have time.... also, they hand towel the car - feel like that person should have noticed and said something...

They do a good job, I go several times a week. With a black car it needs it. Friendly employees.

I have been going there forever, I really like it. But this morning... First I was still paying and my car was in park and the kid working started the belt before I got my card back and then at the end he dried my windows with a very filthy towel. I had to come home and wash my windshield. The car in front of me was also started before they were in neutral. Might want to just let him know about this stuff. I paid $15 to come home and was my windows and headlights off. Than you for listening... I'll see you again. Also they might want to put some soap with the prewash. There was no soap at in the water.

I got the $15 wash, wax, and hand towel dry. The wash did a decent job. The staff did a quick prescrub before entering the wash tunnel. The only issue is the too speedy hand towel dry with wet towels that did not dry the car. Mostly, it just moved the water around. There were too many cars behind me to request a do over, but maybe I should have. I will probably return and give another chance requesting a better experience at the end.

Well worth the money. Faster, cheaper, and way easier than dragging out the hose and bucket. Their crew has always been polite and pleasant ... and always does a good job on the pre-wash spot cleaning, so the car looks great when they're done.

I have been going this car wash for months an today I had the last straw. Usually all of their employees are pretty nice, but Cooper today was completely rude. I always have to come back around to rinse my tires an mirrors after the wash because there is always soap on it. The employees are always nice about it an do it. Cooper, however was rude. He did one side an then kept helping people in the drive thru, telling me there are cars..which there always is an I’ve never had a problem. I asked for managers number an he said no. He acted just another entitled young kid that has no customer service skills. I have complained to the employees an to a manager about the soap, but they continue to do nothing about it, therefore they rinse my tires an mirrors out of courtesy for the failure of doing anything about it. Unfortunately, I will remove all my vehicles monthly from this wash an I will tell others as well to never return to this car wash.

I have had a monthly membership here for over a year and had to cancel due to the lack of customer service. I have seen employees doing drugs on the job on many many occasions. To the point that my children call this place “the crack house” when I tried to bring this issue up with the guy running things. “Black framed glasses” he said not to worry about it and would not give me his name when asked.

I mean, as you could see in the picture, she did not put much effort scrubbing the back hatch lower area lol
I mean it’s only a $10 car wash I don’t spec the whole lot but when she starts scrubbing the vehicle my vehicle and there was hardly any soap on the sponge like no suds at all
At this point, it feels like it’s just scratching my vehicle, then washing it
Don’t go

I tried out Willamette Mist before heading to work. Upon parking, I saw a lot of soap still on my car. Now I have to wash my car again just to get all the soap off.
While I understand that soap can sometimes accumulate in door cracks and such, I've never encountered this much leftover soap from any other car wash I've used.
