“On 04/16/23 I went to the Costco Hearing Center at their Salem Oregon location. My Rexton hearing aids weren’t charging so I asked about purchasing a new replacement cord for the charger. Marilyn assisted me and agreed about the cord, but looked all around and said they’d have to order it. I thanked her and left disappointed because without my hearing aids I’m at such a loss. About 45mins to an hour later, here came “Marilyn” down the aisle and said “there you are I’ve been looking for you everywhere, I found a cord”! I was so excited I couldn’t believe how blessed I was.Marilyn went above and beyond my expectations and this new location will now be my home store!!! Thank you,Bev RamseyWoodburn OR”
“We own a local restaurant/bar and were caught unawares that our NOS was out in our beer system. It's a Saturday with live music and a full house expected. Though they were closed on a Saturday, the team at Industrial Source made it happen, got us what we needed and back to pouring frothy, delicious beers! “I went in with broken frames and the woman who was working was so helpful! She not only put a new screw in, she put new pads and got them all tightened up for me with no charge. I was so grateful for her and the time she spent helping me see again!”
“Samples as far as the eye can see.... Tip: try and go during the week before they close, less lines and not the weekend crowd. You know what to expect from Costco, great deals, lines, samples, samples and samples. Muffins to be shared with coworkers or just enough for a long work trip. They have aisle and aisle of deals whether you want food or clothes. Good luck trying not to spend over $100 on each trip. I spent $40 (will power).”

“Phenomenal customer service! We ended up getting two flat tires two weeks after getting new tires at Costco. Neither was Costco’s fault, but Cameron patently helped us through the process of tire repair and replacing our spare with something that was safe and economical long-term. I really appreciate the time he took to explain things to my daughter and me.”

“I mostly buy gas here even though it's a little out of the way and always very busy.
Part of the reason is the price - it's usually very competitive and often cheaper than the loyalty discount prices at other gas stations. The other reason is the massive number of pumps and the fact that half of the pumps are dedicated for self-service and half for full service.
Oregonians still don't really understand how to pump gas - especially the older ones, so having a ton of full service pumps means boomers who spent the last 60+years never having to use a gas pump can get in those lines and stay out of the way if the rest of us.”
