Needed a B&W gooseneck installed quickly and they worked me into the schedule. Very friendly service. Also ordered a GenY executive gooseneck pin box and chains and they got it in quickly for me. Really appreciated the quick service and great communication!! Thank you!

First time trailer owner, brought my truck and trailer in to get a hitch installed. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgable! They even fixed my automatic jack that was setup wrong from factory. Definitely will recommend and come back for any further needs.

After being back from 30 years spent mostly overseas, the gentlemen at Whittaker’s were able to get my hitch installed quickly and I was soon back on the road home. This is a very veteran friendly business and I was able to get everyone and our belongings back safely thanks to their hard work.

WHITAKERS HITCHES IN SALEM, ORhad a braking system installed on my Chevrolet truck, could not tow without electric brakes automatically setting. Whitakers NEGLECTED TO TELL that they had installed a solenoid switch to disconnect the battery and that a button to activate was inside the cab. Then after I questioned the owner he hung up on me!!!Do not use these guys-potentially thousands of dollars in damages, taking into Chevrolet dealer now.

I was traveling around oregon and desperately needed a new hitch installed on my truck before I pulled my rv any farther. I got ahold of whittakers and was able to get a quote over the phone. To my surprise it was about half of what I expected to pay. Neil was extremely helpful from suggesting the proper hitch for my application to re routing the electrical connect. 10/10 would recommend.
