Everyone on staff is friendly and knowledgeable, a pleasure to do business with! Yvonne is one of the most experienced and supportive people I’ve encountered in any dealership; her patience and expertise are incredible.Bonus: Whitlock’s has relocated OUT of downtown which is a blessing for many reasons.

My only reason initially was to pick up my prize I won at a quilt show they sponsored. The staff were incredible, wait time was minimal, considering they had yet to unpack from the show. Pick up some of my favorite machine needles at an excellent price. I will be back!! Thanks for everything!!!

Very knowledgeable and helpful! Quickly found the problem we were having with our sewing machine was that it had the wrong bobbin. They sold me the right size bobbin and demonstrated correct operation. Shout out to Maria Monahan for her excellent customer service!

I stopped in today to get a Miele cordless vacuum and I was extremely pleased with the overall selection of new and used options, and found just what I was looking for at a great deal. Ryan was friendly and provided exceptional customer service which really stood out. I will absolutely come back here for any future service or purchase needs.

I inherited an antique sewing machine and couldn't get the thread tension right, despite consulting You Tube and the manual. We dropped in to Whitlocks and Maria immediately responded, "Let's set it up and see what is going on". She quickly spotted the problem (my incompetence) and she kindly provided advice and sent us on our way. Part of our problem was low quality thread. Stitches were perfect when we left the shop. I was expecting to have to leave the machine and pay for a service call. Instead, I have the machine at home and can continue my project. This was another good experience with this business and knowledgeable staff. Wonderful for people like me who have limited experience.

Visited today in hopes of finding information on an old school vacuum. Was happy to find out that they refurbish and sell them. Staff was friendly and quite informative, answering all my questions and then some. I will be picking up my refurbished vacuum in a few days.

Whitlocks is very professional and very friendly. They setup my Amara for free, and gave me free training. All of my questions were answered promptly. We couldn't have picked a better vendor! Shop with Whitlocks and you will not be disappointed....got a good price also

I went in because I was having a little trouble with stitches skipping on some fabrics. Yvonne immediately nodded and told me about using different needles. She showed me the needles, explained how they could help, rang me up, sent me on my way. She was completely CORRECT. I haven't skipped a stitch since! I totally recommend Whitlocks, and ALL their employees. THANK YOU YVONNE
