I have always had good service at Whitlocks over the past years. I recently experienced their quality service again when they addressed my concerns promptly, professionally and beyond my expectations.

My only reason initially was to pick up my prize I won at a quilt show they sponsored. The staff were incredible, wait time was minimal, considering they had yet to unpack from the show. Pick up some of my favorite machine needles at an excellent price. I will be back!! Thanks for everything!!!

Very knowledgeable and helpful! Quickly found the problem we were having with our sewing machine was that it had the wrong bobbin. They sold me the right size bobbin and demonstrated correct operation. Shout out to Maria Monahan for her excellent customer service!
