None, star in fact. I am chronically ill and I am a disabled American citizen. I arrived here two nights ago with a distinct reference from my primary attending doctor before moving here. I had also reached out to them in my own right, prior to this arrival in Salem, OR. The impacts of that on me aside, these people better be careful, exclusion on basis of disablity is against the law, and public sentiment, beggining here, will come to bear on these bad policies. Welcome to reality you people. It really is 2024, after all. Please do not fall into- you know- those pesky traps, and be adivsed herein, exploiting mental illness is not good practice.

Very unprofessional,my last review was definitely a mistake, and I don't need any sympathy or anything else from owner response, jus ridiculous, disrespectful, disgraceful,it doesn't take that long to send medical records over to another doctor office, this is very disgusting, crafty and plain ole ignorant, treat everyone the same ,God sees us all da same

This office has gone downhill for years and many know this but holy hell, Don't waste your time here unless it is absolutely the only place you can afford to see a doctor. Waiting 10 days for a callback on wether your prescription is ready for pick up or if you're needing to see your doctor in person is unacceptable. Medications are prescribed for one reason, because you need that medication. The front end staff are inadequate to say the least. The doctors don't care. Don't go here.

I became a patient in 2005, and was apprehensive when Dr Balmer left. He was a great Doctor. I have a disability, high blood pressure and asthma. Dr. Pociurko took over my patent care and is super nice, and a thorough physician. I’m feeling real healthy . When i have had asthma flare ups, or sudden illness, I have always been able to be seen there. Wow, I’ve been a patient at Willamette Family Medical Center for 19 years, time sure goes by fast !

All I have to say is I truly miss Dr. Rollings and Dr. Balmer. They were fantastic doctors that truly and with great effort helped me with my health conditions seriously promptly and thoroughly no matter how long it took.

Im so disappointed in their care, especially with Yesenia Torres. I called today because for days now I have been trying to refill my medication and no response so I ask to speak to a supervisor. They transfer me to Yesenia T who is a reception supervisor. I was little confused since she is not medical at all. But I went ahead and explained my situation and how I was confused why they were denying my refill. She stated that because I had signed a release of information form since I will be transferring care in about a month that I was no longer their patient. I explained to her multiple times that is not how that works (mind you I used to work here and am aware of patient transfers and the policy) she continued by saying “idk what to tell you” “there’s nothing we can do” until I got really upset and asked what provider was covering my pcp so I can message them personally. She stated she would route the message and they would get back to me when they can but she couldn’t guarantee when. The medication I was asking for is not safe to abruptly stop. Which I also explained to her yet she had no interest in hearing what I was saying. Now idk if it’s pettiness because I was an employee there before but if this is how she treats people she’s worked with I can’t imagine how she is with patients that don’t know any better. I later spoke to a medical supervisor who confirmed that what I was being told was incorrect and apologized and I really do appreciate a qualified medical professional jumping in and correcting this. Regardless Yesenia Torres should be better trained or at least not allowed to deal with prescription refills since she clearly does not understand policies, liabilities, or medication risks to a patient’s health.

There's not enough time to get everything dealt with; the time between visits is too long. referrals take too long too...otherwise visits with my doctor mostly okay

Very disappointed in them everytime my son has had an appointment witb them they have rescheduled it. And this time is the 5th time and when i pointed this out they dont say sorry they only make excuses. Also because they will homd an infant down for shots they have made my son so terrified of doctors that if he sees anybody in scrubs he starts screaming and crying. Im a single mom working fulltime and when i tell them i only have one day out of the week to schedule they will make an appointment for any other day then when its a week from that appointment they reschedule they are very rude and act like you dont know what you are talking about. I see them as my primary too I've had a medical issue come up and instead of calling me and telling me. They called the radiologists and then i got a call from the radiologists call me and i didnt have an idea what was going on.
