I used to shop here all the time. But had decided to stop because the girls that worked there are TERRIBLE!!! Finally decided to try again today. SAME AS BEFORE! They are snotty, I was not greeted, and during my time there was not ONCE Acknowledged.

This is one of my favorite stores. They have the cutest styles at really reasonable prices. They always have items on sale on their website as well and if you sign up you get additional discounts.

Every time I order items. They ALWAYS message me that they are out of the item and offering something else or they don’t say a word and just write out if stock on items you order. They are very unorganized and I’ve even gotten items sent to me missing a belt and they just say they can’t find it. So I get a sweater with belt loops and no belt.

Atrocious return policy. The clothes are cute and most are a good value for the money, but just consider your money spent and never to be returned when you shop here.

Every time I come in, I find something I want! I also appreciate how they post coupons pretty often on their instagram. The staff is also very welcoming & helpful as well. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop in Salem!

My mother bought a dress from this place, wanted to return it cause she didn’t need it lost the receipt for a little bit and tried to exchange it, the cashier was clearly racially profiling my mother saying she could’ve stolen it, the manager was even worse, and said they can’t do anything, she finds the receipt comes back and tries to do it again and once she tries to use the receipt the cashier says oh I don’t need it, after Making her look like a fool and a thief, then has the audacity to say you don’t have to be rude to me, this store overall is a scam, get out of here with those temu, SHEIN lookin clothes

Definitely check this place out for any type of dress (casual, wine tasting/summer, dressy or whatever). I was looking for a very specific style with sequins for a concert I'm attending, and came close to finding a couple in the sale rack, but alas moved on. I didn't really check out the jewelry or casual clothes. Nice staff!

I was waking around to find summer clothes and a girl employee kept following me around and pretending to fix things around me. Made me very uncomfortable and annoyed, makes me not wanna shop there again, unfortunate because I’ve bought things there many times before

Updated review.The last time I came to West End, I was looking for a specific clothing item that they claimed to have available in my size, so I went to the store looking for the item, found it but didn't see my size but the website said it was available, the girl who was helping me said "oh that item is only available for online order but can be picked up instore? Which made no sense why can't I just purchase it now if you have it available? Long story short I had to stand in the store order the item online and wait for them to bring the item from downstairs. It's ludicrous. That made the whole situation longer than it needed to be. I waited for my item to be brought from downstairs to the store but in the meantime while waiting I was asked by 3 employees if I needed help, a random man coming from the back room kept looking at me like I was going to do something and literally stood by the register the whole time I waited. The older women which I'm assuming she's the owner ALSO came out from the back asked if I needed something? I said I'm waiting for my pickup order. I felt like I was targeted as a potential theif which I am not and would be offended to assume everyonr is like that. I use to like shopping here and that has really changed over the years. This place makes you feel unwelcoming and tense to even touch anything because an employee will assume you're trying to steal. Maybe reevaluate why you actually came into the retail world because this place lacks any type of customer service
