Rude employee. This was my second time for a car wash there and I didn’t know that you can’t vacuum your car before 5:30PM. The guy outside vacuuming was super rude to me. You, big guy with beard vacuuming outside, have zero costumer modals! The way how you spoke to me was pretty rude and disrespectful. I’ll never again will wash my cars there!

Thinking I would get the “monthly special” I ordered it, paid and got the little sticker. Was NEVER TOLD that only half of my truck would get dried and the bird poop (totally oblivious) would remain on my truck.
I have been here several times and stayed for the manager’s special and have been very satisfied. But this is the one time I didn’t need the inside clean (they did great last weekend), and figured I’d join the unlimited program. Once my truck was done I paused for a moment because I was waved on and I still had a soaking wet passenger side. Getting out to check and install my antenna I also noticed the bird poop (reason for my stop here) was still totally visible.not as pronounced but still very noticeable)
Going back to shack where you pay, was told they do not dry passenger side nor do they look for bird poop !!!!! Seriously!!!!!! 50.00 for half a clean truck with now water spots on passenger side ? At 90 degrees outside it dries and spots FAST …
I understand quick wash but this is absolutely ridiculous and 5 minutes after getting the monthly washes, I cancelled it. I’ll go back for the manager special but will not pay full price for half a job. I give credit where credit is due and the detailers are top notch, but the wash I paid for was CRAP !!!!!

I tried this car wash for the first time about 2 weeks ago, as mine usual is over on Lancaster, and I'm glad I stopped in. The gentleman at the booth was very informative. He let me know it might be up to an hour and a 1/2 wait as there were a number of cars ther. I appreciated this, a little communication goes a long way to avoid issues. When I got my car back, I was highly impressed with how detail oriented the cleaning was. I believe I paid eighty five dollars and even now, two weeks later the interior of my car is looking brand new. As I got my keys back from the gentleman, he asked me to look inside and make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I smiled and thanked him as the team did a great job!!

EDIT 6/27/24 - You seriously cannot count on this place. Today I showed up at 5:30p and 30 seconds to be told they switch to exterior only at an undefined time around "5 or 5:30." The car in front of me was "the last one." I even asked if he could help me out because I'm trying to get prepared to go out of town for a road trip. Hard no. It was 30 seconds literally past 5:30p. I drive 30 minutes to get here. If you can't respect your customer's schedules enough to have actual published business hours, it is hard for them to bother driving to bring you business.
Original Edit: Quality control has improved here. Prices are up, but honestly the quality control was so poor before that if this is what it takes to improve the experience then I guess we just have to pay more to get an acceptable level.

Love it! The express car wash does a great job on cleaning my car. If your wheel caps are caked with brake dirt and grease they have a great cleaner for only $10. Most locations have free vacuums available. They also have specials on detail cleaning for the interior of your car. Monthly, yearly carwash packages available. Friendly service, card and cash accepted- no public restrooms.

$80 to have my rig cleaned and I have to say, I should have done it myself. A waste of money and time. At least they were kind and owned up to their mistakes and to me with a free interior cleaning. For that…

I've been here before and won't go back again. They're getting sloppy here each time I go in there. Not getting efficiently clean job. I go home and finish the car. The guys work and clean in the car as don't seem like they really want to do it.

First I have to say I have gone here for years. This is only like the second time I wasn't pleased. But I have a white car and the girl scrubbing on the driver's side made marks on my trunk scrubbing it. I think it must have been from the handle or something. I had to wash my windshield and mirrors off when I got home, the kid drying the car had a filthy towel and it left mud streaks everywhere. I was also watching the car in front of me and the belt started moving before they had it in neutral, so it was jumping on the track. Then when the lady working was bringing me my debit card back. The belt started moving before she got to my window with my card. My car was also jumping on the track. The kid starting it needs to be more patient, he is going to cost someone ALOT of money.

I brought my 2017 Golf R here just before a car show for a good clean inside and out. I was so impressed with the result that I bought a monthly membership. I brought my girlfriend truck back here to be cleaned for Mother’s Day and could not believe the before and after. Brendan, Khafonee and Tony worked so hard on her truck I couldn’t believe the difference. The price was so affordable for the work I tripled my normal tip. And I still think I got a deal.

I definitely signed the paperwork in haste. It was a busy day there and I was trying to get going and get out of the way, so I only glanced inside, but on the drive home I noticed that my windshield interior was streaked, my passenger windows were streaked my seats had been sprayed with something, the back of my seats were still dirty, the carpet and mats were still dirty. My seats look like they were sprayed with something, but not cleaned and when I asked them about it, they said "oh we didnt
clean the seats because they're leather and you need to get a leather conditioner for that, which is separate. I paid for the manager special, which I thought meant shampooing the carpets, floor mats, and armor all for all the leather. That's what they did for the last two years I've gone to washman. It sucks I gotta find a new place now to take my car, but, damn I've never been so disappointed

I am very happy with my experience at Washman. I have a husky/malamute and a corgi (major shedders) and I brought my vehicle to them for a wash and a detail (vacuum, shampoo and cleaning the leather seats). The detail was really well done. They were able to remove nearly all of the dog hair and the inside looks almost like new. They far exceeded my expectations. Khafonee was the detailer and was amazing!

I paid to have both the exterior and interior of my 2024 car cleaned., but I ended up paying so I could clean my own car? They removed my rubber mats and maybe sprayed them off, it is hard to tell as they were still dirty, and then they were so nice to just throw my mats back inside my car, one of them was completely sideways. They didn’t vacuum my car or even wipe down the seats. A girl came in and announced my car as done and then everyone working just walked away. When I arrived to my car I was annoyed at the lack of effort. I am use to touching stuff up as I know I don’t pay for a detail this was not just touch ups. When I asked if someone could vacuum it, I was told they were shut off for the night even though they were still open for over an hour. Not one person asked if I was satisfied or offer to help. I started cleaning my own car luckily I keep a portable car vacuum and rags with cleaner in my car. The exterior of my car could have used another wash, I think because they didn’t pre spray it like they normally do. I have been coming here for years since it was Carl b clean, and I drive from Albany to have them clean my cars. Unfortunately , I have seen a drastic decline in customer service and more importantly, as their prices rise, it seems less actual cleaning of the car is done. I took video and pictures after I started cleaning it, but you can still tell what they didn’t do. I guess I should be thankful that they wiped my dash?
