It worked - car went in dirty and came our clean. Staff was a little abrupt/rude. Maximize the short time with the vacuum by having 2 people, so you can vacuum both sides of the car simultaneously.

I'm canceling my membership. My new nissan is covered in scratches because of their carwash. My car is still covered in bugs every time I go through, and there is still soap spots, water spots, and spots of dirt when it dries. Don't go here if you care about your paint job

Self pay had multiple network errors. Kept saying to retry. We tried 3 times with different cards - never worked. We left and was charged for all 3 times with no car wash. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

My only complaint is the upgrade they just did to their vacuum stations..you used to be able to use your card to pay for multiple vacuum sessions .now you only get the one free with wash. So when I went to use my free one there was no suction at all. Pulled to another vacuum station I didn't mind having to pay because I usually pay for 3 sessions anyways. But now your only allowed the free one with the wash and not able to pay for multiple sessions. Really sucks when you think about it because the way those hoses are layed out your generally only able to get one side of your car and would have to pay to use the other hose on the opposite side to your car. Gonna have to find me a new car wash now. Not sure why they upgraded it that way because now your losing money on people who were willing to pay for the vacuum.

I have come to this wash dozens of times over the years, so this is a first. Normally it's great, but there were a pair of straight up a-holes working it at 12(noon) today. Time to find a new place. For clarity, they were working the tunnel area. Wheel scrap, bad alignment, worse attitude.

I only have one issue with this carwash, and yes, it's a 2-star issue. They only prep half of your vehicle. They spray your whole driver side, but never the passenger, at least not any of the times I've gone there. It would be worth the price if they prepped the passenger side of your vehicle as well as the driver side. I don't know if it's just laziness or if they haven't thought about it. Once they start doing this, I'll glady change it to 5 stars.

I'm not sure why, but They don't seem to be able to remove all the bugs in front of my vehicle, I guess. I have to pay multiple times to keep running it through.

They do a good job. However, they need to make sure they get the bird crap off completely, please ??
I would have said they do a great job, but the missed poo on the window and door deemed it only to be good.
I still give them 5⭐'s for the service. Just a little improvement is necessary.

Paid $2 for the vacuum. The vacuum had so little suction that the dirt would move into the tube, then fall right back out.

Terrible! The tailgate of my Explorer was not touched, came out as dirty as it went in. Do not waste your money!
