Transferred to Walmart Pharmacy and so far I am glad I did.. I've received good customer service and the one time that I stood in line it moved pretty quickly so that was nice ??

Adam is a ROCKSTAR!!! Had several hiccups with a mistake on an incoming Rx that my mom needed the same night following a surgery. He was so amazingly patient and persistent and remedied the issue and had it filled just before they closed. Way to go team!!!

I dont know if i am the only who had this experience but i have been getting my parkinsons meds paid from ohp but lately they been dragging their feet everytime i put in order and when i call in i would get a bunch of excuses and now i have been aprove for medicare and when i call in to give them my new insurance all of sudden they have my meds ready . By the way ohp has been really nice to me with my health care but for some reason this pharmacy has an issue with medicaid programs i hope no one goes through what i went through.

I have used other pharmacies in the past. Won't name names but this one is fast and friendly. I just thought all pharmacies made people wait forever and lost information but it turns out, this one get's it right. The automated reminders are great and they have enough staff to get you through. My last pharmacy would be an hour wait just to pick up a script. These guys have it together.

Tl;Dr -- If they have to order your prescription, they won't have it on time, even if you call them far ahead of time.Background: I have a condition that's only shown improvement with consistent medication-based treatment. If there are any lapses in that treatment, I struggle to be a functional human being, and can't perform any prolonged activities, whether at home or at work. This treatment had literally saved me from losing my job about a year ago, moving my objective stats from one of the lowest performing employees, to one of the highest performing employees. Suffice it to say, this treatment has improved my quality of life significantly. However, the medication is unfortunately known for being abused, so I'm legally only allowed to pick it up on the day before my last dose. As such, I call aboutish a week ahead of time to make sure it's in stock or in the process of being ordered.The first month with this pharmacy: I called on Monday, was grilled as to why I needed such a medication, and was told they put in the order, so I should be able to pick it up on Saturday, the same day as my last dose. So, I go in on Saturday to pick up the medication, and get told that they were especially busy that day, so they couldn't finish filling my prescription, but that it'd be ready the next day. I had an obligation on Sunday so I ended up going in on Monday... Only to be told that it hadn't been ordered yet, and that I would have to wait until Thursday. I ended up needing to call my doctor on Tuesday to get the prescription transferred to Fred Meyer who had it ready the same day. If I had work during that lapse, I would've had to call out sick.The second month: My last dose is on Wednesday (today), and when I called them to order it, they informed me that they would have the medication ready by now. On Sunday I received a notification from the pharmacy app that the order had been "delayed while checking prices." Monday, it showed the same status. I'm not sure what's up with Walmart this time, but calling my doctor and transferring the prescription to Fred Meyer was once again seamless.I'm not sure what it is about Walmart and this medication specifically (the other medication I use I've had no difficulty obtaining from this pharmacy), but they really drag their feet. I would highly recommend a different pharmacy if you want to be sure your medications will be ready on time.

The staff have always been professional and compassionate when needed I have never had any problems with this pharmacy and their staff.If you treat people with respect you get respect back. This pharmacy is very busy and deals with a lot of different personalities. I do appreciate them and have been coming here for a couple years now. Kudos to them.

If you want fast service at this pharmacy..go inside,20 minutes for curbside is way to long to wait when you’re the only customer waiting because they won’t answer their phones,their scanners are dead or whatever other excuses are..Ridiculous
