The price for Gatorade was 2/$5 or $3.50 individual. I went to buy 2 and I handed over a $10 and they asked if I had a phone number with them, I said no and they charged me for the Gatorades without the 2/$5. I asked if I could just buy one and they said they couldn't return drinks. They did not give me my money back or give any attempt at cancelling the order.

I ordered a prescription in May. They finally said they received it. I went to pick it up and they still said they couldn't dispense it because of issues with the insurance. I am sure they knew that before I went there. This is not the first time that has happened. Their communication is horrible.

Very professional and personable staff. They go the extra mile to make sure customers are able to pick up their prescriptions on time. They have been experiencing a staff shortage, like any other business. They have recently returned to pre-Covid hours, and I am happy about that.

This is my mom's pharmacy. She saw the doctor this morning and he called in two prescriptions. I called to see what time they would be ready and they said 1:30. So we get there and they will now not be ready until 3-4 because they just didn't get to them. When they tell someone a time knowing it would be her kids picking them up they should have them ready. Now we have to drive clear across town to get them. I would never recommend this pharmacy.

I went to pick up my Claritin prescription and I spoke to the pharmacy manager sam. He'd been drinking and was clearly intoxicated. When it was my turn to pick up he motioned for me to come in the back. He then proceeded to rape me violently for about 30 minutes. He was able to multitask and work the drive thru. Id been sneezing all morning and really needed my Claritin so I allowed him to finish up. I was afraid if I didn't let him finish I wouldn't get my full prescription. Would not recommend this particular Walgreens.

Why do I have to remind this Walgreens that I have a prescription? Every time? Really?

Walked out, after a root-canal, without my pain meds because they took so long. If it’s going to take hours to fill the prescription, just tell me. Don’t say 30-45 minutes if it’s not even going to be close. The only advantage this pharmacy had over others was it’s drive-though widow. It now has cardboard over it and isn’t operational. Won’t be getting anymore prescriptions filled here.

I have used Walgreens in severa states and in several locations in Salem. The South Commercial pharmacy is the worst by far. It has been over 4 years at this location and they continue to make mistakes almost every month with my medications. They need a new pharmist but evidently they are hard to come by. Go somewhere else if you have the option.

I waited in line for 35-40 minutes to pick up a prescription that they informed me was ready yesterday only to be told they didn’t have it in stock and hadn’t ordered it. The line was out in the street, and it was taking up to 20 min. for one car to get through. Apparently, I’m not the only one annoyed as evidenced by the dried egg all over the drive through window.

I'm currently standing in a line of eight --wait, ten now -- people waiting to pick prescriptions. There is one person at the register, one at the drive-through, and two, maybe three people filling prescriptions. Clearly this is insufficient staff for this time of day, and yet it's like this every time I go in. The prescription I'm picking up was already delayed because of short-staffing, putting the person in my household at extreme risk because they almost out and they need this medication for a serious health condition. We will be taking our prescriptions elsewhere is we can't trust this pharmacy with our health needs.

Useless workers. Good luck getting anything at the pharmacy.
