I've been a loyal Walgreens customer for years. Their convenient locations, extended hours, and wide range of products make it my go-to spot for everything from prescriptions to snacks. The friendly staff is always ready to assist, and the pharmacy team is efficient and knowledgeable. Whether I need a last-minute item or a prescription refill, Walgreens delivers consistently. Highly recommended! ?

The Pharmacist here goes over and above what other pharmacies do. I needed a prescription that was not generally stocked by pharmacies due to insurance policies. I went to two other pharmacies to get the prescriptions and they told me they couldn't do it. I called this pharmacy and the pharmacist was able to get my prescriptions quickly and at a reduced price through GoodRX, as my insurance wouldn't pay for it.

I would have picked no stars review but they don't allow that. This used to be a good store but apparently have gone downhill following the pandemic. Pharmacy hours and service is a joke!
Waiting a week or more for normal, stocked medications to be filled. The only reason I picked this one is it offers lower prices through my insurer than others and is close to where I live. My mail order service delivers at a lower cost within a couple days whereas this store (9287) leaves you guessing. After logging into my account and checking countless times for status, it continued to say "in progress". So I decided to walk in and raise the emergency flag after which they filled it in 30 minutes, but upon getting home, counted the pills and was shortchanged by 2!! Needless to say, I'll be taking all my future business elsewhere.

This particular location is struggling. There have been several times they just straight up don't know where my meds are. Once, I called to see if a particular med was ready because I needed it for the following day (when they'd be closed) and was told it's ready. I get there and a different tech tells me she has no idea what I'm talking about, she doesn't see a prescription at all, ope, just kidding, found it! She loudly says what the medication is so the other 20 people in line at this point could hear and I'm mortified, and for some reason, even though it's ready, I have to sit and wait some more until the pharmacist is ready to do a "consult" which is basically him hurriedly giving me information I already know which seems like a waste of time for both of us. That was just one bad visit. There have been others. Walgreens as a whole has the worst pharmacy hours out of all of them, so good luck getting meds if you need them on a weekend!

The worst place to ever try and get prescriptions through. They close for days. They tell you to come back and then when you do, you are told it's going to be another day. A week later still no meds! I would avoid this place like the plague!

Your staff need to ASK if people want to use their credit! The girl said "$5 credit?" I said "yes that's correct", I did not tell her to use it, really annoying

When you're told to come back 6 times for a prescription refill only to be told the system is down or they closed early. No notifications of my meds ready despite broken promises. Do not go here. No one should wait a week to get their medicine.

The pharmacy here is the worst I've ever encountered. Their hours are already inconvenient, but this fiasco really takes the cake. Got a new prescription which was supposed to be filled and ready to pick up last week. It's "in progress" for days. I don't have time between Tuesday-Friday anyway due to work (which means I can only usually try to pick up on Monday thanks to their lackluster hours, which do not include weekends) so I say whatever, I'll do without it for now.I check the app on the following Monday, and the meds are no longer "in progress". I have to request it be filled again. I'm frustrated at this point, but I just request it be filled again and figure I'll sort it out. I check the following day, and the new meds that were previously "in progress" following my SECOND request, I now have to call for due to an "unexpected issue". I call them, they say no problem, system issue, it'll be done today. I say cool, say thanks, get back to my work day.I request to get off work an hour early to go get it, because they close at 6, about when I'm off. My boss, thankfully, kindly fulfills my request. I get there and am greeted with a sign stating "pharmacy closed until further notice. The nearest Walgreens (yada yada)..." And of course, I now have to go out of my way to transfer the prescription there, and there's not a chance in hell it'll be filled today.Absolutely unreal. I worry for those who would be in more danger than I am without their medication. This place shouldn't even be allowed to accept and fill prescriptions if this is how it's gonna go. This is MEDICATION we're talking about. You're playing with people's lives. Figure it out or stop operating. Would've gladly gone further down Lancaster if it meant avoiding this.The store itself, fine. The staff I've dealt with, also fine (even the pharmacy). But what the company is allowing to go on in the pharmacy beyond that is unacceptable.

I made several calls for a pharmacist at this location and NOT ONCE did the message tell me the pharmacy was closed until further notice!!! What a way to run a business. I no longer do business with them.

Very poor customer service. I have been waiting over a week for my meds, only to find out the pharmacy is closed. I have transferred my meds to another business. I would give less than one star if I could
