The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The so called manager was rude and untruthful. I was told it would be six weeks to repair a broken prong. After 3 days I went by to pick up the ring if not stared. It was on his desk she said and refused to return the ring. I called after a week to be told he could not talk with me by phone because he was busy yet the ring was not finished. I said I wanted it regardless of where they were in the process. When my husband and I went in to the store she stated she had not talked with me and that the Jewelers was out of town. She said she couldn’t get to the ring because she didn’t have the ke. After much discussion I left without my ring. Mind you, I had just spent 1500. Last year to repair prongs. Don’t waste your time or money here. I don’t trust a word they say. She never let me speak with the jeweller and called a few hours later and said I could pick up my ring.

We went in looking for a specific style and size ring. The jeweler was honest that they didn’t have any in person but we could custom order. She was not pushy or forceful and helped us get a visual of different gem sizes.

My baby broke the clasp on my necklace and Vernon Jewelers repaired it with a better, stronger clasp in a couple days. When I went to pick it up I asked about my wedding ring that I had not been able to wear in about a year due to it needing a repair. The owner looked it over and told me he could fix it. My wedding ring from another jeweler had become so thin that the band cracked. I had shopped around and was quoted ridiculously high prices. I brought my ring in and the quote was very reasonable for the half shank repair. The process was easy and the end result was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The process was very easy and I highly reccomend them for repairs even if the jewelry was not theirs originally. Ill definately be back for my next jewelry purchase.

We found Vernon jewelers looking for a place to get a ring appraised. Also to have a ring sized. They instructed us as to the best way to size the ring. We found their prices to be very fair. They completed the work in a timely fashion. Love the customer service and staff. They are friendly and very knowledgeable!! Definitely a customer for life!

I bought my wife a very pretty 10th anniversary ring. The sales staff were extremely helpful and kind. They have a great selection of rings, earrings, and necklaces in various price ranges. My wife and I now enjoy just stopping in to browse and see what new items they might have. We will definitely be buying from them again.

I lost my wedding ring. And went into Vernon jewlers and found one that I ended up falling in love with. The staff is extremely helpful. And I have been back many times for a cleaning and been met with nothing but professionalism. I would shop with them again.

Owner assaults homeless people and overall has bad costumer service skills, always angry and rude to anyone questioning their over priced items. As you can see a man who works there is kicking at a homeless person and spraying a hose at them

Highest quality work. Excellent customer service.Vernon Jewelers is who I trusted in 2014 when I needed my wedding band wrap and engagement ring to be combined. I had such a positive experience then that I choose Vernon Jewelers again to resize my ring so I could wear it now (after a few years of it being too small). I got my ring back today and it fits perfectly and looks like it did 9 years ago thanks to expert care and attention to detail.

I took in my wedding set. They were able to separate the 2 bands and clean them throughly. The first time in 10years. I can wear them!I also took them a broken necklace. They were able to order a new stone and fixed it beautifully. I am greatful for their friendly, welcoming attitude. I am so glad to have found them. I will take all of my pieces to them.

My name is Roy McClain. I came in the morning of February 14th...Valentines day!! I was looking for necklace of some sort...had no idea.. typical man..last minute.. I had never been to Vernon's before and have apprehensions.. However, I met Ariel!! She was very helpful and we looked at a wide range of jewelry. She was very nice, very helpful. I finally bought a necklace from a private maker who had a display there. Long story short...go there when looking for fine jewelry but most importantly, staff like Ariel who make it an enjoyable experience!
