Great costumer service. I recently came in to get a new phone. I also had different questions regarding my plan. Mathew was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He was able to break it down in a way that I was able to understand. Definitely recommend.

Today I was able to come to this storeAnd I was able to get my whole family phones and also took advantages of the Black Fridays promotions.We worked with a gentleman called Joe,He was very attentive on what we needed and he got it all done.

Warning: this is not a Verizon corporate store! This store is a separate retail store called "Cellular Sales" which has the Verizon name on it, but doesn't use the same guidelines as the other Verizon stores. A rep at this store named Joe Monroy, conned me into a fraudulent deal, when I was desperate to get my phone service restored after switching sim cards and having no service... He pushed me into a Verizon business account with the verbal claim that I would "save money by bundling with Verizon home internet", and never told me that he was setting it up as a "Business account". I told him that I was still in a contract with Xfinity, but he ignored that. I asked him for documentation for the price and terms of the home internet, and he had none, and never gave me one document for the Verizon internet. All I wanted was to get my phone working again. He gave me a temporary number so it would work, but couldn't get my original number back because of some complications.In the next 2 days, I had to go to a real Verizon corporate store, and get my original number back, and cancel the business account, and then had to go back to "Cellular Sales" and return the modem-router they gave me which I never used.Now, I've been getting bills for Verizon business, (which is not a lower price than Xfinity, not worth the claimed "savings"), and my credit has been harmed, even though I never used the home internet modem-router!Don't let them con you into the "business account" savings claim for personal home internet and personal cell phone service! This store should terminate or suspend Joe Monroy, and probably will after my complaint to the Verizon fraud investigation department.It is very suspicious when a sales rep makes verbal claims but doesn't give you any documentation to show the prices.

I'd like to recognize Eric L. For his patience, understanding, and excellent customer service. My experience trying to get online help from Verizon and Cricket has been extremely disappointing. I'd been dealing with an issue for several weeks, spent many hours on hold or waiting for a text. Once I connected with Eric he listened to my problem and told me exactly what I needed to do. He had me come into the store, and he delt with the support people. Eric is a rockstar, and the first guy I'll call for upgrades, or service issues. Thanks again Eric.

Came into the Verizon store on Lancaster and Sunnyview and a gentleman asked me what he could help me with. i explained i broke my phone, could not afford another one and just wanted to put my sim into my laptop. within 5 minutes of being in the store i had a new (new to me) phone in my hands activated and ready to go FOR FREE!!! I was blown away. Best customer service by far bar none.

I had an amazing experience at this Verizon store after I walked in with a convoluted mess from Xfinity Mobile. Chris Shea really took care of me and was extremely patient while he navigated the issues. I really recommend you talk to him, he will take care of you for sure.

Verizon sent me multiple texts about an $800 promotion if I traded in my phone. I went to the Verizon store on Lancaster and Kyle Repp was the sale rep that managed the deal. He sold me a new business account as well but when he ported my new phone over he FORGOT TO ADD THE PROMOTION. He also said I would not have an initiation fee on my next bill bc I paid it in the store. My first bill I had a charge of initiation fee AND and equipment charge showing no promotion credit. Long story short, I have been on the phone every month for three months with Kyle AND Verizon regarding this issue. Each month they say "pay this month and next month the issue will be fixed and you will get a credit for this month". The first, second, AND third month in a row each Verizon representative has incorrectly "fixed" the issue and this month Kyle is not getting back to me. This month when I called Verizon they said don't pay this and I will have it fixed by the 14th of June. I waited, guess what, my bill actually increased by ten dollars. I called when I was off work and they were closed, my phone was disconnected the next day. I called and explained the situation AGAIN. The rep said "you have to pay $170+ to get your service and then we can fix the issue. To which I said enough, I need a supervisor. She explained to me each step of the way where one after another customer service inadequacies occurred. Verizon now owes me $88.22 which they "promise" it will be fixed next f---king month. If it's not fixed and they don't credit me I'm going back to Lancaster to have them undo all of this and give me a refund and I am taking all the people I have with me on Verizon network to another mobile company. I do not recommend Kyle Repps and I do not recommend Verizon wireless. Every time I need to change lines, phone numbers, or accounts, I get mysterious taxes, fees, and surcharges that change from to month and it is a circus show to get it straightened out. I will not be using Verizon in the future and I'm not surprised by the inadequacies of the Verizon store on Lancaster as 99% of the businesses I have visited here in Salem Oregon have been: unfriendly, uninformed, unprofessional, entitled and subpar. Looking forward to leaving Salem and the state of Oregon entirely as well as Verizon wireless. Oh, and they added, without my permission, a Verizon cloud that cost $6/month. Verizon wireless is a crooked business.
