I had such a good experience with Isaias at Verizon and felt like I needed to leave a review.
I’m an Apple user, but my dad had an Android. His phone ended up getting a virus, and Isaias was so kind the first time I came in trying to help me fix it. He explained everything clearly and never made me feel dumb or rushed. At the time, I already had a feeling that phone wasn’t really safe for my dad anymore.
Not long after that, my dad had a stroke. Thankfully he had his phone with him, but because of the virus, it couldn’t even call out. That moment really hit me — I knew I needed to simplify things and make sure his phone would actually work when it mattered.
When I came back in, Isaias walked me through a really smart solution. He suggested I upgrade my own iPhone, add another line to my plan, and move my dad onto an iPhone too. It made everything easier — one plan, simple devices, less stress. He also helped me get an amazing deal, and I found out I could monitor fall risks and even get an Apple Watch through a promotion, which gave me so much peace of mind.
My phone update took forever (like… forever), and Isaias was incredibly patient the whole time. He’s one of those people who actually knows everything — Apple, Android, plans, promos — and explains it like a real human, not a salesperson.
I’ve already sent a friend to him for an upgrade, and she had a great experience too. Truly, if you go to Verizon, ask for Isaias. You’ll be taken care of.

Not much traffic, I don't think this is a corporate store, but there is, at least on display more than only new Pixel, Galaxy and Iphones. Took no time at all to get a Sim card. Good employees here. They get the job done straight to the point.

Employee Eli Officer was not only eager to help with adding multiple new lines and phones to our account but was also extremely knowledgeable about different Verizon products and services as well. His energetic personality kept the typical “phone store” shopping experience from becoming dull. My son and I greatly appreciated him breaking down the entire quote and explaining what we should expect on our future bills. Verizon should be proud to have him as an employee!!

I've been to a lot of stores. This one is always well staffed. The people are very presentable And not too long of a weight. Serenity helped me get my new phone and the process was very easy. She was great. It wouldn't let me leave another review so quickly but I came back in to go over a few things on my account and Cyrus walked me through the account answered all my questions. The people here are great.
