Affordable, trustworthy mechanic shop! Have used them several times and recently took our vehicle in for some routine maintenance. They found another part that needed to be replaced, communicated clearly about the issue and solutions, and bent over backward to get it repaired same day and ensure our vehicle was road-trip ready...all in about half the price of the dealer. Highly recommend!

This place is a good family-like feel business! There are 2 dogs in the shop that are an added bonus. But they explain things to you every step of the way, and fix all your problems in a reasonable time and manner! I was very impressed! Will continue to give them my business.

My car was having issues, chiefly a bad alternator. Valley Specialists got me in ASAP for a diagnosis- which revealed an unfortunate amount more was wrong with it. They worked with me to triage the work that needed done to keep it from ballooning out of hand. When they actually got in to do the work, they found out the faulty alternator was the result of a shoddy job done by the previous owner and was going to require them to drop the engine to remove and place new mounting bolts. I panicked. My estimated repair cost had almost tripled. I scrambled to get the money together because I needed my car and approved the repair. Their mechanic decided to take an extra hour and see if there was any way they could get it done without dropping the engine, and miraculously, he was! It cost an extra hour of labor, but I was relieved beyond measure. Throughout this entire rollercoaster ride, Valley Specialists kept me informed, made me feel my business was important to them, did a fantastic job (ahead of schedule!,)and- I can't stress this enough- was honest through and through. I had already approved the additional $2k of work and would never have known it they'd just charged it anyway. Neither I nor my family will take our cars anywhere else any more. Professional staff who are easy to talk to. Quick reliable service might have to wait but for the price you pay to have your car fixed ? % worth your time and money. Amazing pricing if I didn’t already mention that part. and it doesn’t matter what the make of your car is the mechanics they have know and understand what they are doing.Thank you very much once again.

Has been a good shop for maintenance and service, not a place that you can just stop in though, and having a pretty urgent repair they were a few weeks out before they could see the vehicle. Ended up looking online and changed out a faulty thermostat myself.

Just WOW! Forget the sign of Acura and Honda specialists. They can work on anything; and are they ever awesome! I took my Cadillac in for a 50,000 mile look over and oil change. They looked at everything, reported their favorable findings (all good), and just did an oil change. They are friendly, engaging and, most importantly, knowledgeable and honest. Best place in Salem for Honda repairs. Very professional, thorough, great communication, proactive, knowledgeable, highly recommend.Honest, fair prices, accurate quotes, no surprises with the final invoices. Quality work, finding and fixing problems rather than just replacing parts.And the golden retriever is very cute.

I have a 2003 Acura, it may be old but still runs great. Valley has been the main reason I have been able to continue to drive it with over 215k miles on it. This shop does an awesome job and stands behind there work. I have never doubted the quality or service I receive from Valley. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone.
