I have such a terrible experience every time I come here. I usually swing by to send out one piece of certified mail and it takes me anywhere from 20-45 minutes to do so. Mark is usually the one working but I don’t blame him for moving slow. He works very diligently to make sure that each customers needs are taken care. However, it does mean that there is a SIGNIFICANT wait time for service. I truly blame whoever is managing this site. All of the other post offices in the area have at least two people working until closing. It sucks for us as customers and for Mark as an employee to have to suffer because management doesn’t want to have more people on the schedule. Long story short, if you need to do a quick trip to the post office this is not the location. I would highly recommend Vista location on Commerical. They are always on top of their stuff.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID COMING TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN. I stopped in today to mail a package and the two women working there were very grouchy, and rude. They did not want to be there and it showed. While I was in line, one of the women working there greeted me so rudely asking if I knew what I wanted while her eyes rolled to the back of her head. I then asked for tape and both women were not helpful in explaining the different tapes that I may use. THE MOST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I suggest reading "Hug your Customer" by Jack Mitchell.

I went to the post office on 3/7/2023 I had a package ready for me and there was a line no problem for that but the problem I had a guy that was there that was package his stuff come up to me inside the post office and told me that I need to give him my money I told twice no I won't and then the guy respond back saying since I am following him that I need to give him my money and the lady employee looking over at us with a smile this happened at the Pringle creek location salem OregonThis where I get my mail at for me and my brother yet some gose and dose this wit a employee looking over at us wit a smile

Fiancé went in to find out they claimed that our address was wrong and had his license that was sent in, sent back to the DMV and shredded. Lost 60$ and paid another 60$ for their screw up that they didn’t own up to.

I had a gift (letter) marked delivered to my post office box. But, I never received it? An employee reported that it was probably put in the wrong box and said "sorry."Have also received wrong mail in my post office box where employees have confused the numbers.Why is there no accountability for mistakes?

I've been trying to get in contact with this post office as a package of mine is stuck there in acceptance and after 30+ calls still get no answer. Why put up a phone number if you don't intend on answering calls

This is the nearest post office i have in my place. I just walk 10 minutes or less. It’s a nice a friendly place.
